The concept is great, but the execution is a little not great - the image shows the black side (side with the logo) facing outward, which, if you're brave enough to wear these with shoes where you can see them (sandals, flats, etc) the black side could feasibly pass as a strap and look decent. The issue is the velcro. The velcro strips are such that the prickly, plastic half of the velcro is on the bottom of the strap, and the soft velcro is on the top, meaning if you want to wear these looser than FULLY tight on your foot, you have to leave some of the prickly side exposed, poking down onto your foot, which really hurts. Why, dudes? You can get around this by flipping it over and wrapping it the other way but the back side of the strap is like a white/off-grey and looks more like ugly medical tape and def wouldn't be passable as a shoe strap. Bummed, but ok for closed toed shoes. Just switch the position of the velcro and these would b perfect!!!!

Serves the purpose, but is too small. Im a size 6 shoe size and it barely fits me. My daughter is 6 1/2 size and it does not fit her. So anyone with bigger feet stay away from this.

I like the sleeve, it is very helpful. I wear it all day long together with Dr. School massaging heal pads.I had taken one star down because of the sizing. I am size 7 wide. Size M has less than 1/4" for Velcro overlap. And the rest of the Velcro was scratching my foot until I attached the thin clothes to cover that part of the Velcro.May be I need size L. On the other hand more overlap would be more difficult to get into the sandals during the day.

They work ok but it takes some getting used to, as does everything.

This product it extremely well made. I wore them for part of one day before I determined that they were too tight and cutting off circulation. I looked at the product on the Amazon website and found that I had not even noticed the inset that gave the measurement for the item. It said 6-8" circumference. My arch measures 10-1/4". Because it was my ordering error, I did not feel right to ask for a return. I emailed DR JK directly and explained what had happened. I asked them for information only as to whether the item was available in a size to fit me. The customer service department at DR JK is exemplary. They answered me promptly, suggested an alternate product, and though I had made it clear I was not asking for a refund, they issued a credit for my order. I would recommend doing business with this company without hesitation.

These are way too small for the average American-size feet. If you stretch them to fit they cut off the blood flow to the feet. I think they were made in China where people are much smaller than Americans. They are useless to me and I have a size 8 women's shoe size.

I was having terrible arch pain that came on suddenly as a result of flat feet, so thought I would give these compression sleeves a try. They do take some getting used to at first due to the tight compression, and you might need to figure out how to position the velcro such that it doesn't scratch your skin, but wow - within maybe 30 minutes of putting them on I could feel a noticeable difference in my ability to take a few steps without arch pain. I'm a few days into wearing these now and though the pain isn't completely gone, I'm able to walk distances again without hobbling! Highly recommend for flat feet or arch pain like mine. An added bonus is that the company is family-owned and takes the time to personally reach out and understand each users satisfaction with the product - I appreciate that personal touch!

The velcro strap is very uncomfortable. I tried using them with it on the top of my foot and under in the arch area. Neither one worked for me. I to return the item, but I missed the return deadline, due to being out of the country.
