Every so often, I purchase an item that I simply cannot believe I haven't tried before!I have never used one of these type mats on my gas grill but decided to give it a try to see if it would work for Fajitas and grilled veggies on the grill.In the past, I either had to cook the veggies and fajita meat in a foil pouch or cook the meat and then cut it up for fajitas.I just put this mat on the grill when the grill is heating and once the grill is hot, I dump the marinated fajitas and veggies on the mat and Bob's Your Uncle!!!!!No sticking either!Wonderfully smoky fajitas, peppers and onions ready to wrap and enjoy!I've also tried other mixed veggies and types of meats.I am guessing it would be just perfect for fish and other flaky, tender meats. I'm going to try that next.Cleanup is a breeze. I just bring it in and wipe it down in the sink. The grill marks do not wash off but that's no problem for me.All in all I would buy this again without a second thought. One of my happy purchases!

Purchased these after hearing a friemd talk about a similar product. It was a great decision. Not only did they keep the grill clean, they were pretty easy to clean in hot soapy water. It was nice that they held the marinade instead of it just dripping off the meat. I can't believe I waited so long to use grill mats, but I'm happy I have them now. These even came with a cute little marinade brush that I never knew I needed, but it is a great little gift and will get used a lot. Take a chance on these and you will be like me and wonder what you did without them - oh yeah, it was scrub the grill clean.

It’s a great way to grill with out the carcinogenics. The food is tasty. It has the same grill marks but is much healthier for you I also use it as a liner in my oven floorOn the grill I get 3-4 uses per mat. In the oven I can us weeks. Easy ,easy to clean

I bought these set of 4 mats in May, a bit reluctant because of some of the negative comment. To my surprise, it has been an excellent purchase. The mats have performed beyond my wildest dreams. I have a very expensive Weber grill. Prior to using the mats I gave it a good clean up. Using the mats has given me the extra benefit of not having to deep clean the grill. I also follow the instructions and never let the grill heat over 450 degrees. Sometimes the mats look beyond hope, but once I let them cool off and rinse and lightly scrub them with soap and water and they are back just like new. So far I have only used two of the mats and I think I can still get more mileage out of them. By the way, I am doing this review on my own and have not been influenced in anyway by the vendor.

They are amazing. I use regularly in my DT201 Ninja Foodi 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven. Easily cut to fit the sheet pans that come with the Oven. I had some cheese and red sauce that over flowed and burnt on it. I let it cool and it literally peeled off. Usually just wipe off.Small amount oil has gotten under mat onto the pan, but very easy to clean pan.The few times I used it in my regular oven, it performed just as well.HIGHLY recommend!!!

Have bought several different styles of these mats. The copper ones are much easier to clean than the black ones.

I had a steak grilled on one of these at a friend's house and it turned out so well that I had to try it for myself. I've prepared burgers (both beef and turkey), steaks, salmon and chicken. The meat is so tender and not dried out. The mats really help even out the heat inside the grill and keeps the drippings from going into the burners so no flare ups and grill clean up is a breeze because everything stays on the mat. You even get the grill lines on the meat through the mats. The mess on the mats cleans up very easily and I've reused them several times. I highly recommend this product.

These liners are excellent, long lasting. Flareups not an issue.

Great product and useful in the stove as well to crisp things like wings and chicken!

Received product on time. Product not as good as expected. Hard to clean.
