This little door works great ! I had. Reservations about mounting the door on a screen but it has worked flawlessly. My dog charges through it and loves it. Great buy !

Love this doggy door. We installed one from our screened in area to the backyard. It worked so well we bought another one for the other side of our area. If I had to give any negative comment - the blue slide stoppers to lock the unit down are not very sturdy. They could have used a heavier material to provide more support - otherwise a great door.

I wish I found this doggy door a couple years ago! Installation was relatively simple. I couldn’t take my screen door off its track for some reason, so I installed it while the screen door was still in place. My challenges were making sure the frame stayed fairly level as I pushed the screws through the screen and then reaching my arm around the screen door to tighten everything up. If I was able to remove the screen door from its track and place it on the ground those challenges wouldn’t have occurred. I’m giving 4 stars because the instructions don’t give any measurement recommendations on where to place the doggie door on the screen door. Its current position is roughly 9 inches from the floor and 6 inches from the door opening. I would have preferred it to be positioned lower by a couple inches and towards the opening by almost four inches.

Easy to install. Looks good. At first me dogs were afraid of it but now they use it with ease.

This worked great and as intended. I had to modify my installation a tad due to having a screen guard in place, but it worked out awesome, they love it!

We like that we can have this in the screen without cutting a hole in the wall or an expensive door insert.It also helps keep a lot of the bugs outside as we don't have to open the screen door for our dog in the evening.Size is OK. Our dog has a deep chest (part Doberman), and this door could use to be taller for her as she sometimes hits it. It also could be a wider for our kid's dog (Rottweiler) as he about takes the door with him when he tries to go through. The open door is about 12 wide x 13 tall; the hole with the door removed is 12 x 14.Two things I had to do for this door to work out-I had to add extension pieces to the door as ours does not seat firmly enough, and nothing stands in the way of our dog when she sees a squirrel. I have put the door many times back onto its track until I added these.Also, our door has a latch on the screen, that can only operate from the inside. I had to add a magnetic catch to make sure it is held closed and can be opened from the outside.Hope this helps.Jim

This is an amazing dog door! Highly recommend! We also purchased the heavy duty Screen that was recommended in the product site and we have not been disappointed. We have two 60 lb dogs that fit through the large door with no issues. Would buy again if I ever needed one.
