Not low noise at all, which was one of the reasons I purchased it... I find the guards would slip out with from the vibration when it turns on. Also, shear is not included as pictured, which I find a little false advertisement & misleading.

Device wasn’t New
Received the unit on time (earlier than expected) which was nice. But upon opening the package I found the device wasn’t new. It was simi-clean and repackaged. Also one of the batteries was split and miss-aligned. Not too happy about receiving a used unit, with only one usable batter. Unit is being returned!!!

Great rechargeable clippers with spare battery.
I bought the Sumcoo rechargeable hair clippers since my wife keeps my hair trimmed and we are always having to pull out an extension cord for our corded clippers. These clippers came with everything you need for haircuts, including multiple length guides, a metal comb, scissors, a cleaning brush, a charger, and two rechargeable batteries so you can always have a spare battery charged up. I have used the clippers three times and have yet to run one of the batteries down enough to need a recharge. The clippers are plenty powerful enough and work as well as any corded or rechargeable clippers that I have used. They are slightly smaller than most of my other clippers, which is fine with me. I can’t think of a single thing that I would want differently with these so they are perfect for my needs.Overall, these clippers do the job well but the rechargeable feature makes them much easier to use than any corded clippers.

Yes, it's quiet.
I've heard louder massage-vibrator hums; my beard trimmer and shaver are much louder. On mine the LED for full charge shows blue, not green.Nice to have 3/6/9/12mm-clearance attachment combs to add to the adjustment ring's fine adjustments of 0.8/1.1/1.4/1.7/2.0mm (not speeds).Took some minutes to bring the in-clipper battery-pack to full charge, and longer to charge the other pack (no need to mount in clipper).Instruction diagrams and print are clear and legible, no major translation issue. Handle did get a little warm at times (battery under long load?).No extra oil (shipping safety?) or drive-shaft grease.
