I have had problems with my nose after having it broken a couple of times in the 60's and 70's it caused me to snore even worse than it was before. I have tried various methods to ease this, even had surgery. I then remembered that it used to ease substantially when I had been diving so I looked around for a saline solution. At first I bought over the counter saline solution sprays, expensive! I had heard of Neti pots but was sceptical. I decided to take the plunge, looked around and decided on this one, primarily because as I would be using it in the bathroom it wouldn't break if I dropped it, but also as it had a DVD to show you how to use it properly, and 25 satchet's of salt to get you going.It arrived promptly and also contained a booklet on how to use it, very useful. Its a lovely pot very tactile, big enough and the cone on the spout is ideal. But for anyone who is wondering wether or not its worth it, BUY IT. I cannot speak highly enough about it, the soothing feeling afterwards is blissful. This is definitely a superior Neti pot and worth every penny.

Although this looks nice (albeit more expensive than elsewhere), it is poorly designed. The pot does not sit flat as the weight of the neck causes the pot to topple over. Therefore, it has to be stored on its side. Secondly, the pot is too short for the spout, so you can't tip it much without fluid flowing out of the top as fast as it does via the spout. It's not useful because of these problems .

I bought this after suffering from nasal congestion for years. It takes a minute to learn how to use it (look on YouTube) but once you’ve done it a couple of times you’ll find it easy. I also find it helps with Long COVID symptoms as it helps keep your sinuses clear & open. I don’t use it every day, gauge the salt level & water temp as you become more comfortable with it.

Having looked at other Neti Pots I decided to go for this slightly more expensive one, although I still think it is really cheap considering the excellent quality of the product and all the clear information and instruction contained in the booklet and DVD. Never having used a Neti Pot before, I particularly appreciated the detailed information on not only how to cleanse, but also how to dry the nasal passages correctly following cleansing which, it is pointed out, is crucial.I have a deviated septum, suffer from sinusitis (I am having a bout of that now) and hayfever. I can confirm that although the pot only arrived a few days ago, since using it I have noticed a huge positive effect and it's something I see myself using for the rest of my life. I have no hesitation in recommending this product and confirm this is my independent opinion and I received no inducements to make it. Happy cleansing.

The Neti pot is of very high quality, and is very comfortable to use. It came securely packaged and the delivery was very fast. Inside the package you'll find an instructional DVD (havn't seen it since I none of my computers have DVD-drives anymore in this space age), packets of salt, a carrying bag, written instructions and the Neti pot itself. The written instructions tell you how to use the pot, the recommended frequency of use for various cases and treatments, the amount of salt needed and so on. Perfect for a beginner like me. The first use was very pleasant and fun. I could be doing the cleansing all day, it is so soothing.

My brother has been doing Neti for some time, and recommended to me that I try it, to convince me ha actually bought me one from Health and Yoga. I was so impressed with the quality and construction that I bought one for my partner as she was having a lot of nasal/sinus issues.....she was a bit reticent at first, but now she swears buy it. There are a lot of Neti pots out there but the quality and value for money of this one make it one of the best. As it is made of high quality stainless steel, it stands up to the rigours of regular use, and of course will not break should it be dropped on a hard floor, which sooner or later is bound to happen. If you want a natural and safe way to clear your nasal passages, then I highly suggest this Jal neti process

Amazing what you can smell after using these. Mine came with little sachets of pure salt. Do not add hot water to the pot with salt in as it will discoour the steel. Cosmetic only but worth noting.The only downside is that it is a little awkward to hold. I have big hands but when they are wet, it is a little tricky to hold and not feel like you will drop it. Not too much of a problem as it is durable steel but painful if the spout is up your nose at the time. Best way is to hold it underneath in a cupped hand.

Excellent neti pot, thank you.Why pay £5-10 for a plastic pot with moulding parts sticking out that are prone to damage; when you can buy a high quality stainless steel product that will likely outlive you!This is an excellent product with easy to follow instructions and even a DVD to help should it be required. You also get quite a few saline packs free, what's not to like.My advise, forget all others and buy this one, you won't be disappointed.
