These panniers looked fantastic on the bike. However, on day one of our trip to Oldham we were flashed by a lorry driver who noticed one of them seemed to be dropping low on one side. When we checked them, zip which detaches them from the bike had parted company in the middle, and was only holding the pannier onto the bike at either end of the zip. The resourceful lorry driver made a temporary repair with some gaffa tape and strong cord tying them to the pannier rails. This was with hardly any weight in them, as I was using the car and that was carrying all our luggage and clothing. This is really not on, and the panniers will be going back as they clearly are not going to be safe to use with a broken zip fastener, which is designed to attach/detach them from the bike. Absolutely gutted as they looked great. Do not waste your money

Arrived quickly, good price but buckle clip came away from bag and had to be glued before use.Not able to return because needed to use them to go awayThey did the job but disappointed in faulty buckle
