The bike was easy enough to set up, but there is a slight rubbing of the brakes with the wheels, it's noticeable, but doesn't slow it down. One of the tubes deflated 24 hours after receiving the bike while only riding on the sidewalk. The company was great and shipped out a replacement tube, but I would recommend upgrading tubes to the ones that self-heal. We did that and haven't had any issues since. The bike was purchased for our son to get to and from school/work. He really loves it! Even with the tube issue I give it 5 stars because the customer service was very helpful!

i bought this e bike for my kid birthday. i live in nyc he lives in fredonia ny, from day one it was a problem to assembly the bike. the handlebar was defected and unfortunately Robin my kid got an accident. was scary but he is ok ! i contact amazon immediately . amazon provide me third party information was very difficult to contact seller once i did third party wants me to buy boxes to return it, and wants he to drive bike to a the ups or walmart ect. my kid has a very small car. also over the phone i spoke with amazon personal about this problem many days later i learn that i withdrew my complain and i did't do that by the way my kid is in collage studying industrial engineer, he can assembly anything. the bike was defected.

The bike was decent for the price. The instalation was a bit frustrating by yourself and too expensive to hire someone, plus the appointment days were only 2 times a week which wouldn't have worked. The first day the handles came loose and I went flying off the bike. A few days after using it the bolt came off for where the headlight and frontwheel cover attatch to causing the wheel to hit it and make a bad noise and mess with the ability for the bike to go forward. the suspense system isn't very good so the bumps in the road were really uncomfortable. The padding on the seat wasn't sufficent and was too small (even for small butts!). The acceleration wasn't too bad, it did need a bit of stopping distance, the turning wasn't that great either. The battery was easily removable which was nice but it was super heavy! The box it came in was not unpacking friendly. It was okay for the 5 mile commute to work. The different types of pedel assist was really nice, the best feature by far. It didn't handle small hills well so I can't imagine how it would handle big hills. This thing weighs about 75 pounds, so not going to be easy to transport it via vehicle. I decided to ultimetly return it due to all the downfalls but the company was really nice and helpful with the return process.

There is nothing to dislike. I bought this for my grandson who is 13 and him and his buddies just rip around the neighborhood having a blast making sure the word helmet all the time but they are having a blast. Great product very dependable very very strong.

I like the first one so well that I bought two no problems easy to put together would buy again

A little disappointed. This is an expensive bike and without the electric assist, very hard to pedal/ride. Only used a couple of times and already not wanting to hold a charge. Totally died third ride. Not reliable for a commute. Would like to find out how to purchase a replacement battery.

Awesome bike it’s fast I could go 30mph and I’m 230 pounds

***I messaged the company on their website and they seem to be helping me. Will update this review if they get me rolling again. (edited 7/25/23)***In the middle of my third ride, the bike went dead and the battery won’t charge or show charge on the indicator lights. Just outside of my return window. Very disappointed, buyer beware. Very fun for three rides. No option on Amazon to contact seller.
