You can calculate wattage on DC circuits by multiplying volts with amps. The only indication the seller gives in the description that 12V cars have limitations on power delivery over 24V cars is the note at the end that says 20V outputs are only possible with 24V cars. If this is correct, the max the USB-C port can deliver is 15V x 3A = 45W. The max the USB-A port can deliver is 12V x 2.5A = 30W. The description says the max dual charging is 63W (= 45W + 18W). So I assume the USB-A port is limited to 18W if you are also using the USB-C port regardless of if the car has a 12V or 24V battery. It is only possible to get 65W out of this device if you have a 24V car and you aren't using the USB-A port. So most people will not be able to get 65W out of the USB-C port despite the images clearly claiming 65W output on the usb-c port with 12v on the LED display. I would call this fraud.

For some very old models, there is no power off for the trip computer, but the power consumption of the car charger is milliamp, which is negligible compared to the tens of amp hours of the vehicle's own battery.
