This product has quality issues, one star is generous
When I purchased this item, I bought 3, one for a current faucet and two for backup. Last week the black plastic around the ring started shooting water out the side. I could see that the plastic was cracked. I took it off, and opened one of the back up units. I was attaching it to the faucet and the same black plastic cracked as I was finger tightening it on the faucet. So I opened the third unit thinking it would be okay. The parts tumbled out of the sealed box, it was not even assembled properly. Needless to say I am disappointed with the product. I do not see an opportunity for resolution on my order on the website, so I am warning others to be be aware. Ignore any promises from the company on replacements three months have passed since the first offer for replacements. Amazon finally had to give me a credit.

Did not last more than two weeks
When I started to use this (Kabter 360-Degree Swivel Dual-Spray function 2-Flow Kitchen Sink faucet Aerator with 55/64" Female Thread) I was happy with the design and function. I was not able to install this immediately as, on receipt my kitchen was torn apart. On November 10, I installed it and on November 24 it started spraying water at 90-degrees to the side out of the black plastic above the pull up-down chrome head. We kept it in the spray (vs flow) position 75% of the time. I looked for some seal that may have moved or something that may have clogged. Nothing is apparent. As I understand, Since I purchased on October 15 and it seems there may be a 30 day return, I am out of luck. While it worked, I enjoyed the faucet head, but I can not recommend it because it only lasted 14 days before it was spraying water everywhere.

Broken after only two months, past window for return
I got this in April of this year and it's broken already in June. No abuse, just normal use in my laundry tub. The black piece between the swivel head and the connector cracked, and water began squirting out. We never even pulled up or down on the head to change the water flow because we don't like a spray. We just like the steady stream. Can only use it with a very small amount of water running through it (water just bubbles and drips out the crack), more water pressure causes it to spray all over the laundry room. I'm going to try to find a similar item made by a different manufacturer. Should have paid more attention to other reviews - many have had the same experience.

Not my first choice in sprayers but it works well and that's what matters
I normally use a Boss Craft swivel sprayer on my sinks but decided to try this one out after breaking my last one. The sprayer works as intended but it does increase the pressure which I was not used to. I am constantly adjusting my water to use less and less water pressure which is good for water usage. The sprayer is a bit hard to engage by pulling down on the sides but over time that will get easier as it works itself in. Overall it is a well-made sprayer and should last for some time.

I decided to try this before replacing the whole faucet and I am so glad that I did
We recently bought a house that had a sink in the island in the kitchen but the faucet didn't move at all so it was impossible to clean the sink properly. I decided to try this before replacing the whole faucet and I am so glad that I did! It doesn't look out of place at all and I can now clean the whole sink flawlessly.

plastic and piece of crap
bought 1 and it broke so returned it for a replacement. the 2nd one broke as well within a month of use.. plastic piece so it breaks easily plus it becomes brittle over time. The range of motion is not so great. I recommend getting some heavy duty stainless steel versions from other vendors.

Plastic threads
The female threads on this fitting are made of plastic. The fitting requires a lot of downward force to move it into the spray position. As a result, the fitting easily pulls out of the plastic threads and comes loose. Why on Earth manufacturers make threaded fittings out of plastic I don't know. Yes it's cheaper to make, even in CHINA (!), but easier to break. Do not buy this poorly designed product. Make sure you get a nozzles that has all metal threads for reliable contact with your metal faucet!

Does not work at all as advertised.
I returned this item. It would not remain solidly in either position resulting in ineffective pressure, even with the kitchen faucet turned to maximum power. After returning this item, I explored Amazon’s offerings and purchased the ‘Ultra Eurojet Kitchen Sprayer’ It works well for me.
