The item is great. The problem was that Amazon delivered it to the wrong address. The address was correct on the package but the carrier delivered it to my neighbor.

Initially, hurt my back. Much better after adjusting, no need to bind so tightly. I do think this type of product should be nude color though. Why BLUE?? Must have been a man's idea. Lol

Well made. Not bad if you don’t need it to be tight -it’s stretches. Strong rubber smell.

I have a hernia right in the middle of my tummy and this belt works great to hold it in, so it doesn't show as much.
