You can't really go wrong with these for the price you pay. They do the job. I'm not a crazy jump roper, but as part of my exercise routine, it gets the job done. My only advice is to do it on smooth surfaces or rugs. If you're planning to do this or rough terrain (i.e. asphalt), the plastic coating will wear off fairly quick and the metal wiring will expose. But on smooth surfaces, these will give you a good life. For the price, can't really go wrong with this rope.

My first purchase was lost by the package carrier. Called Amazon and got a refund minus tax. I had shopped around comparing different ropes at this price point, and liked that this was listed as tangle free. I decided to try buying it again (delivered in less than a week) because of the good reviews.The rope comes in its own carrying case, pre-assembled, and tied in a circle. Make note of which direction the notch on the handle is facing for reassembly later. Undo the rope, and appreciate that it doesn't coil AT ALL. YUUUSSS!The bag also comes with instructions that include a guide of suggested rope lengths according to your height. I followed their suggestion. The handles came up to my armpits--which is where I like it. Use good wire cutters to trim the end, so there isn't any fraying.The handles, like other reviewers mentioned, are thin. I have no problems with this. I skip rope for boxing. Only the weighted handle jump ropes have thick handles. At this price point, the handles of boxing speed ropes are equally thin, plastic, and usually without swivel handles. If slightly thicker, it's because they are covered in a foamy padding.The Synergee handles have a nice weight (a sturdy, well built feeling not heavy) and a really nice grip. The grip isn't a foam that will deteriorate with sweat, it's more like the anti-slip tape you put on stairs. Hope that doesn't put you off--I really like it. My hands get super wet and clammy from being wrapped, gloved, and existing in the humid Texas coast heat.All in all I feel great care and attention was given to designing this rope. For under $20 they could have used cheaper foam, had no swivels, and used pure plastic rope (rather than wire encased in plastic).My only issue is that it moved a little fast for me (as advertised lol). I had already worked out and my feet were clumsy. Since it's a thinner rope, it can be hard to hear it hit the ground for jump cues. Practice makes perfect, however.

I love the rope. I use it at crossfit for my singles. When the coach cut the ends to make it shorter the ends became sharp and the cable would show which hurts, but just put the black cap on it and it’ll be fine. If you jump too fast the screws if not properly tighten will come a loose. It’s very fast and pretty.

I like this rope. I had a Rogue one for 4 years before this one. The coating has worn off fairly quick. You also have to be careful about the screws falling out after you adjust it. The handles are also very narrow, and kind of hard to hold on to. If you don’t use a rope a whole lot, it’ll get you by. It if you’re looking for something to hold up for a long time, I’d spend the money for a better one.

Customer service is awesome! Had misplaced the extras that come with the jump rope and reached out to see if I can buy a replacement and they send out a new jump rope! The jump rope it self is light. Serves its purpose. Would definitely buy again from them.

wish it was a tad bit heavier.. but overall I am extremely satisfied for the price. Been using for 3 weeks daily with zero issues . super easy to adjust, come with a handy bag makes it easy to throw in my gym bag as well as an extra rope..

This rope seems pretty nice but I can’t cut it to my height so I can’t use it. I’ve tried, at this point, four different kinds of wire cutters and none have been able to get through. Maybe pick a different rope if you don’t have a hardware store’s selection of tools to try cutting this one to size.

I really love this product!! it super cute and really good quality! I used this for double unders in crossfit and it works hella good but the only dislike i have is you have to cut the jump yourself to its right size! but beside that they were really good and actually made the sizing easy with its size guide &I just in case they even put an extra band inside ! Definitely will purchase a lot more throughout my crossfit years💪🏽

The handles are really comfy and the rope spins well. After 2 weeks the wire started coming through the rope and I cut my hand quite badly putting it back into the pack.Would be a great rope it the materials were stronger.

Very good skipping rope! Its cute and durable (plus it comes with a zipper carry case) Not gonna like, its kind of a bi*ch to cut to your desired length, BUT i guess that stands to how durable to rope is! I like the recommend sizing chart that comes with it! I was able to find a length that worked really well for me quite easily and quick! All said and done, its a good rope and ive really enjoyed adding skipping into my workouts!

The handles are nice and it's easy to adjust however, I'm use to a heavier cable weight and this one is really light - I'm struggling with using this rope just as a regular jumping rope let alone trying to get double unders.

These are worth every dollar! I ended up purchasing TWO after a friend let me use his.They are super easy to cut and adjust, can’t recommend enough!
