The quality seems very good, but I am concerned about the heel cups
Just received this item from a purchase, not a freebie. Everything comes in separate resealable bags except for the heel cups, which come wrapped in tissue paper. Unlike in previous reviews that I read (posted only days before I made my purchase) it did not come in a box, nor did it come with a little instruction leaflet. I am unsure if this is because the other reviewers received special packs (they received theirs free for reviews) or if the packaging has just changed in the last few days/weeks. The quality seems very good, but I am concerned about the heel cups. I am not sure if they have been stored somewhere too hot or where wrapped in paper while they were still cooling from the manufacturing, but the paper stuck and has left innovations and grooves in both cups. One of the cups is even dented. I will still try them, however, as the seen malleable enough for this not to cause a problem. See photos.

Faultless after service
I bought this kit as my father has serious swelling in 1 foot; I bought him specialist shoes as a birthday gift but 1 shoe was too big. The kit allowed be to modify the shoe that was too big and now my dad is walking around again with ease which is also helping with his health issues. The thing that really impressed me about the purchase was the series of lovely emails I received thanking me for my custom and enquiring if there was anything else Dr JK could do to help. I've never had this level of aftercare service from an online purchase before and that includes a £1500 sofa. Thank you

Item said it was helpful for plantar fascia which it is not it is just heel pads and if that is all you are after then it is a good product

I loved the flexibility of the different products in the pack
I suffer from 'policeman heel' and I definitely think that the gel protectors are helping to resolve the condition. I also have used the heel protectors for my son who had blisters from new shoes. I loved the flexibility of the different products in the pack. Very good value for money from a small firm
