First of all, I was impressed with how quickly this arrived. I got to use when I really needed it! I had tried a home waxing kit once before and not very impressed. I generally use a beauty salon and use home wax strips that you buy at the chemist for smaller areas but I felt like I needed somethig new as going to a salon every month can be expensive. I found the price of this waxer good value for money. It is small and compact which means it wo hassle storing and then getting out when I need to. I am terrible for buying things that I use once and then leave in the cupboard becuase it is too much hassle to get out. This is nice and light. On the first use I found the instructions easy to follow and the wax melted within 10 minutes. The aloe wax aroma was so nice and was easy to appy to skin. It apply thick enough the time so it was difficult to get off. I applied a thicker coat the second time and it was much easier to use and so much better than having to use strips. Be careful to get the right temperature as I think mine was a bit hot first time. Looking forward to using again and can't wait to smell the chocolate wax!

I have been using a roll on wax for years but the holder is starting to come apart so thought I would try this wax as the roller is difficult to use on smaller areas like top lip and bikini line. Unfortunately this did not work at all. At most it pulled out one or two hairs, the wax strip kept breaking so you could not get a good pull on it, and it is extremely messy. Back to the roll on for me.

Wow this incredible. It arrived today next day delivery on prime. It had nothing missing and the wax really is much less painful than strips or shaving. I have yet to use it on my legs but I did my eyebrows and hair line today and it feels so smooth. The only downside to it is that the wax does not say runny when it's not on the highest temperature which is obviously dangers to put on your skin so I had to constantly change the temperature to keep it runny and still moveable on the skin without damaging my skin. You get what you pay for and it's worth the money.

The wax heater itself feels a teeny bit 'naff'/cheap when using the temp guage, but it does the job just fine. Heating element is working well. Wouldn't recommend the provided wax (as others have also mentioned in reviews), claim to be fragranced but it all just smells like a hot glue gun to me. The wax itself needs to be heated way higher than the recommended 60c in order for the correct consistency to be reached and it cools to a shatter super quick, which makes the process feel like a bit of a guessing game and a palaver, but will quite happily use this machine with another brand of hard wax. Love that it comes with spatulas, a nice little bonus.

Bought it as birthday gift for my wife because It cost a fortune that she gets on a regularly basis her eybrows to be done. So I looked at a few different types of wax warmers, and I wasn't sure which was best to have, and I chose this one, due to its reasonable price and free delivery. It arrived the next day, as I purchased it with Prime. My wife used it on the same day and said that the instruction manual is easy to understand, the product is sturdy and keeps the wax at the correct consistency. She was quite happy with it. It is a bit tricky to clean but I think that goes for all wax warmers. I am considering, If I buy another one as christmas present for my sister.I really would recommend this product if you don't want to spend a fortune for her eyebrows and want to make your wife happy!

I was excited about this but as soon as I opened I lost the interest is really cheap quality machine for the price of it .

This is my second wax warmer. I have tried an alternative brand previously but I was not satisfied at all as it was not efficient and it only seemed to heat the beans for half the time.This one however I like, I can certainly appreciate the upgrade in in terms of quality and reliability of the machine, the beans are good and I like the beautiful colours, the packaging and the instructions manual are ideal too.I really feel as though it is a fabulous product and well worth the slight addition in price. I will of course let you know if I encounter problems though.

This is an awful cheap knock off product! The warmer itself isn't stable, it rocks back and forth. The wax is not wax at all it's hardened plastic and when it's melted and placed on the skin, hardens so fast - when it's being ripped off it doesn't grab any hairs, the "wax" shatters and crumbles off the skin. It is not wax at all. Would strongly advise against buying this product!
