Yes it's compatible. the 30D have EF mount, same mount as the lens.

Q: Is this Compatible with EOS 90d?

Not sure, mine in Canon EOS 60D.

Q: Whats the difference between this and the venus laowa ven6028c 60mm ultra macro lens?

This lens is not an exact copy of the Venus Laowa (although it's advertised as such). Read my review on the lens, and look at the picture. You will see that the two lenses are quite different (in look).On the practical side, the lens works fine. It's a nice lense to do macro with, specially for the price.

No, this lens does not have auto focus. But does have a smooth focus ring for precise manual focus
