The corner posts are 60mm thick, nice and chunky. The ladder is a hook over type, has 50mm thick steps, can also be moved to the left or right of the bed, complete with “easy on the feet steps” The product is sold for easy home assembly.

Difficult to assemble & poor instructions

Decent bed but the mattress is a bit crap.

Tricky to assemble sometimes, but looks good and feels sturdy.
Purchased the cabin version of this bed. Generally good quality and very stable when assembled. However the instructions are a bit difficult to follow at times, and some of the drill holes for the bolts (there are four) are slightly out of alignment so need you to drill to widen the gap a little. Not a huge problem but worth knowing when you are wondering why it is so difficult to join the bolt and nut together. Ladder is good and feels safe. Overall this has been a good purchase considering the price. But it took a day to put together for me, albeit in a very tight bedroom with little space. You will be glad you have an electric drill with alan-key attachment when assembling it!
