Does the job
We use these when producing torrone. They are easy to use, not too sticky, and sticky enough to stay in place when the torrone is cut.

Good product! I’m new to edible designs and i got this to try out. And it delivered what i needed. There are a few sheets that has some streaks i just use them when i am trialling a new technique/ design so its not really going to waste.
