Im a CrossFitter and Sport Massage Therapist. I take this to help my muscle recovery since Im using my body on a daily basis. Much needed for an active lifestyle. I do feel some difference in my body. Its gonna be a subtle feel versus something you will feel right away. There is no taste and no smell and the texture is smooth silky powder. Its easy to use. Just one scoop I take first thing in the morning. This brand is always a great brand so value for the money is pretty good as the quality is good.

Haven't seen much change so I don't know if it's working or not. Is odorless and tasteless so that is good. Mixed with breakfast is easy to use
