Perfect for Pike Fishing—Strong, Reliable, and Affordable!
Perfect for Pike Fishing—Strong, Reliable, and Affordable! The Dorisea Extreme Braid fishing line is an absolute game-changer for my pike fishing trips. I went with the 30lb test, which is just right for handling those aggressive strikes and sharp teeth that pike are famous for. This line is incredibly strong and abrasion-resistant—I’ve pulled big fish out of weedy areas without worrying about it snapping or fraying. The sensitivity is fantastic too. You feel every nibble, bump, and tug, giving you the confidence to set the hook at the perfect moment. And let’s not forget how smooth it casts—it makes covering water effortless, especially when targeting trophy pike in larger lakes or rivers. If you’re after a dependable superline that won’t break the bank, this is the one to get. Whether you’re chasing pike or any other fierce predator, the Dorisea Extreme Braid delivers. 🎣🔥

Strong, slick, and durable, this is the best small-diameter cord money can buy!
I'm a 73-year-old adrenaline junkie who is still working in aviation! While I can normally compete with most 30-somethings, the worst thing I can do for my back is to stand in one place, which I do while working the bench! I wear an adjustable back brace with a strong but slick cord to tighten the belt after putting it on to prevent back pain. Unfortunately, the wear and tear on the cord is bad because of the pressure and friction caused by the tightening action! After my brace cord finally broke after fifteen years, I discovered it was no longer made and began looking for a new cord. After some research, I discovered that this blend of materials is the slickest and strongest made today, and I bought it. After struggling for three hours with modified tools to install the cord, it was ready for its first use. From the first time I tried it, I've loved this cord! No longer do I require both hands to tighten the cord! It is so slick that a single hand does the trick nicely! It is also twice the strength of the original cord while being the same diameter! This Dorisea Extreme Braid 100% Pe Grey Braided 550-pound test Fishing Line is exactly what I needed! Just because the ad says it is a fishing line doesn't mean it doesn't have other uses! If you require a strong, small diameter, very strong and super slick line, this is the ticket!

Stronger than kevlar!
Stronger than kevlar, but it melts. This is HMPE (dyneema) cord, for a fraction of the price.Highly recommended. Great for EDC!

Used This as RC Winch Line
As the headline says, I didn't use this for fishing. I wanted to put a longer winch line on the RC4WD 8274 winch that I have on my very heavy TRX4 Blazer.First, I tried a bright red 80lb braid from another company and it was plenty strong, but not at all abrasion resistant. The first time I tried to do a recovery with the line going over a rock ledge, it snapped. Retied it, and immediately broke it again. So, I bought this line in the 200lb variety. It LOOKS much more scale, being a bland gray like a real synthetic winch line. Also, it hasn't broken yet. I've dragged both of my brothers TRX4's up rock ledges and even pulled all three trucks straight up into the air to dangle from a tree branch with zero issues at all. I ended up also putting it on my brother's winch as well. His Traxxas winch is nowhere near as strong as mine, but it did still end up getting about 3 times as much line as it had before. My Blazer and his K10 in the picture both have this braid on the winches. All of that aside, I do fish also, and this braid is a bit on the rougher side and would be extremely noisy going through the eyelets. YMMV

Worth the money!
Great line overall. Haven't changed the line since I put it on. I've been out fishing every weekend to other weekend. I thought maybe by the 4th or 5th time out on the saltwater, It would become fragile and I'd have to change it, nope not with this line! Recently caught this 34" bull redfish, easily bullying it to the pier.I'm glad I bought the 1092yards roll... Will be spooling all my heavy reels with it. I also bought the 20lb for my light reels and also works great.Best part about it, is the braid is alot thinner than the mono- fishing line.

Used in Crafting
The material was easy to work with and was very strong. Used it in repairing wind chimes. I can also see where it would be decent for fishing, the intended use :)

Holds but tangles on the spool
While it works most of the time, due to twisting it gets tangled on the spool no matter how careful I reel it, and the next cast will fail as the line catches another winding and creates a mess. Had to take a lot off the spool to prevent this. Still, when it happens, the line gets jerked and that's that. Failed cast, the spinner or crank bait gets tangled in the line, and whatnot.

Great for tough turtles.
Used this for my turtle lines with steel leaders. Worked so well I bought some more.
