Bought these as part of my recovery from shoulder surgery. They are much wider/stiffer/stronger than any of the bands I've used with different physical therapists. They are very durable, but the yellow band - which is supposed to be the "easy" one - is harder to pull than the yellow, green or red bands I've used so far at two different PT offices. So I'm unable to use them for most of the basic exercises my doctor has allowed. I'm sure they'll be great post-recovery for other exercises, and for exercise enthusiasts looking for a heavy-duty workout, since they are certainly durable. But these aren't for lightweights - nor for people looking for post-surgical PT or light exercise.

The package includes 3 bands with resistance strengths of Light, Medium and Heavy. I appreciate having the 3 different strengths (identified by different colors, which are pretty, by the way) to accomodate various exercises, and the fact that the material doesn't have any unpleasant smell.They even came with a storage pouch to keep them tidy when not in use.I have found that I am now exercising more everyday with the help of these bands.These bands deserve 5 stars, and I recommend them.

I bought this set of resistance bands based on the recommendation of amazon.com. It is rather inexpensive and do a good job in providing flexibility while doing a variety of strength exercise. I am very happy with the purchase and recommend it as a value-added product for anyone who does not want to spend a lot of money in resistance bands

These are great. Versatile, different strengths. Great for the workout.

Nothing negative to say, probably fine for much younger and stronger people.These are not for casual stretching or firming kind of workouts.There is a lot of resistance, and your range of motion is going to be very limited for most people.I am giving up on these and asking my Physical Therapist to tell me where she gets the ones I use during my sessions (which I should have done in the first place).

I need to use resistance bands for strengthening my legs after a MCL injury. I had been giving a light band, but found after a while that I didn’t feel like the light band was giving me enough resistance. I was grateful to find these bands, especially at this price, to help increase the resistance and help with the strength training. I would definitely purchase them again.
