The SAFETOE mens work boots are good quality footwear that look and feel good however my experience with fit and slipping properties has not been as positive.The boots are made out of high quality materials including leather and is stitched well with no loose or frayed ends or issues with glue or bindings.Sizing was not accurate as the right boot was a larger fit (felt like a 12 instead of 11) then the other and its toe area was cramped near the top area compared to the left. The left boot was much more tapered on top of the foot/ankle area causing me to require wool socks to prevent the boot from rubbing and chafing.The non slip properties are not effective with ice and snow as I almost fell multiple times when the boots were new. Using some sandpaper to scuff the bottom treads greatly increased the traction which would normally occur from rough ground, concrete or pavement.Overall these are a good quality product that fit well assuming you get both that fit the same, I may have accidentally got a boot that was mislabeled or bad poor quality control so size is not the same.
