These lenses are super easy to install! The packaging is simple, but it is perfect. They throw in some lense cleaner and a big lense wipe. Almost big enough to be a mousepad! (I guess if you want lenses and a mousepad, this is your product!) The installation is incredibly simple and the lense was a perfect fit! I would say these lenses are better than the originals. They are plastic instead of the original glass, so it is a bit strange to feel the weight difference, but I've found they fall down far less now. All these bonuses paired with the benefits of prime shipping and the astonishing price for replacement lenses, this is absolutely the best option! Could not be happier! I'm almost excited to eventually need to purchase another pair of lenses!

Update 2: back to 5 stars! Customer service is replacing the scratched lens. That's fantastic support!Update: reduced to 3 stars because they scratched way more easily than the oem lenses. I didn't get a single scratch on them for 4 years. I'm 6 months in on these new lenses and there are 3 huge scratches on the lens. I have not changed how I handle or store my glasses.Amazing! Was THIS close to re-buying my favorite ray-ban sunglasses due to peeling lenses. These lenses are about 50% cheaper than other replacements I googled, and definitely feel and look even better than the originals. It hasn't been sunny enough to test, but on fit and finish alone these were a huge value and have made my sunglasses new again.

They look great and fit into my Ray-Ban's frame well. However, some reviews here suggest these are better than the original Ray-Ban lenses. Well I urge you to take your phone and rotate the screen 90 degrees while wearing these lenses and compare what you see to the Ray-Ban's. The polarization of the Ray-Ban lenses shut the light out completely making the screen black. On the other hand, with these lenses the the phone screen only darkens a bit and you can still see what is being displayed on the screen. I would still recommend these lenses as their value for money is good.

Easy to install and love the quality.

I own blue and green pairs of 4179s They just fit my face perfectly. Unfortunately, the lenses on the blue pair were delaminating round the edges and the green pair had two large scratches across one lens. I held onto them because they were too expensive to toss; instead, I used them as "beater" glasses.While looking on Amazon for replacements I came across these lenses. With replacement shades going between $180-$225, I figured I'd take a chance on these. I'm very glad I did.The fit is perfect. Installation was a breeze just following the video directions. Lens color looks great, and clarity is just as good as the new originals (one of the old names for Spinal Tap, but you knew that already). The only downside? The lenses don't say Ray-Ban on them. If that matters to you, pay $400 for a couple of new pairs. I'm happy to have these lenses and > $320 in my pocket.

This is an important review for me, as I have found some replacement lenses for sunglasses that are nearly unusable due to the amount of distortion they cause which, in turn, gives me a massive headache.I'm pleasantly surprised at the overall quality and performance of these lenses so far. Distortion is very minimal, and that allows me to keep the sunglasses on my face indefinitely.The polarization is properly aligned and the reflective front looks neat.Altogether, very pleased!
