The runner's best friend!
I've been using Natruflex since beginning running, through the C25K program and now regularly whenever I feel little niggles - obviously wanting to avoid injury. The high potency turmeric combined with the black pepper means it's highly effective, and I really notice a difference to ease of movement. As a side note, an opened capsule whisked through hot milk makes an excellent turmeric latte, perfect for a post-exercise treat!

A Turmeric product that actually works
This product is just amazing - having just started running in my 40's the aches and pains of new muscles growing has been helped hugely by Natruflex. Love that is natural and having read about Turmeric I was cynical, but am definitely a convert and it is a supplement I am happy to take regularly.
