Ammonia Crush Caps
You can let these rattle around your kit bag with no danger of exploding at you, they are fresh at each crush/sniff with no drop on in potency over time (so long as you have not crushed and used them). After about 60 seconds they do not smell and can easily be disposed off. This is my preferred smelling salt from now on. Tried and tested in competition.
