This is an excellent pill case! This size and style of pill organizer is perfect for my needs.  I found those that are 4x7 one piece too difficult to use, very bulky. But this organizer is easy access. Small foot print, secure compartments, daily containers pop up when daily compartment is opened. Each container is semi-transparent, makes it easy to see whether or not you took those meds. It's easy to use and helps keep me organized. I use it for my vitamins. Convenient because I just have to organize my pills once a week. And i like the amazing little gadget. It is a little smaller than I thought it will be, but it is even better, it can be easily carried in my purse. I needed something to store my pills, and this one even cuts them for easier swallowing. Now I do not have to worry, that My daughter will choke on a huge vitamins. I can easily cut my dog vitamins as well. This little thing will be very handy in my house.

I recently had surgery and had to start taking a whole host of medication. Having a way to organize everything was key to being successful. This pill holder was the answer. I absolutely love it! I love that the individual days pop out. If there's a downside, it's that the compartments are a hair too small for some of the larger vitamins I have to take. The grinder I haven't had much use for and I had to take a star away because the door on the end of the product opens randomly in my purse so nothing is secure inside it. Other than that, this is a fantastic product.
