Works great. Easy to attach. Charges quickly. I used it for a trip to London and I will now bring it on every trip

this item starts losing it's charge as soon as it's fully charged. I took on a trip fully charged and went to use it a couple days later and it was at 0. It's too late to return, but I would not buy this product. I will be looking for a better product to replace.

It runs low fast!! It works, but not as good as other ones I’ve had. And it’s big and bulky, not easy to use while changing

Update: I was contacted by the company and offered a full refund. For that reason I am adding stars. That alone speaks volumes!While I like this product and the convenience of being able to charge my phone when I can’t plug into an outlet. This is my second charger due to changing phones.I must say I get concerned because this little charger gets extremely HOT. I would not leave this unattended.I hope to return it but I no longer have the packaging..

I used this religiously for a month within getting it and loved it! A month and about a week after receiving it, it broke! It says it’s 100% charged so I plug it into my phone & it doesn’t begin charging it or anything. It no longer works so shortly after receiving it!

This is my second day and it loses charge very fast. Not something that will last you all day.

This is great for an emergency charge. It's heavy and it loses charge quickly.

I love the size of this charger. Fits easily in my small purse! And it’s so fast to charge my phone to 99%! It doesn’t take any time to recharge either!
