Perfect Prey Alternative For Your Little Hunter/Huntress
My cats LOVE tiny fur mice and are really picky about the ones they will actually play with. They are both 12 years old so had grown up being used to real fur mice which have become increasingly hard to find. I have given them so many synthetic variations which they immediately discard and look at me disdainfully.. These have been a huge hit in our home and I love that they come in such a large pack so I can dole them out over time as they frequently become lost under furniture or they lose interest once they have ripped off the tails. Great for my kitties natural prey instincts, they love to throw them in the air and frequently present them to me with a yowl as a present and expect to be congratulated for their carnivorous stalking prowess. It's a good thing they live a cushy life inside since I doubt they'd know what to do with a real mouse but these provide great entertainment for both your feline companion and yourself watching them play with them. I do wish they rattled but will definitely buy again in the future.

Meowry Christmas!
For Christmas this year I decided to get one of my rescue cats a package of fur mice. She's a former feral, found living under the platform of a commuter train station and living on mice and rabbits, so she's pretty particular about her play mice. She likes them to rattle, and they have to be real fur. The real fur is the more important of the two qualities we've found. Fake fur mice, like these Catit 50708 Litter Trapping Mat, Warm Gray (they really are toy mice, not a litter mat) she ignores completely. Rattling leather mice like these 120 Zanies Leather Rattling Catnip Mice (in Canister) Cat Toy , also get ignored (there are ten scattered around the house, and 110 sitting in the container for more than a year now). These multi-colored ones though Zanies Cat Cheese Wedge Display with 60 Rainbow Furry Mice have been a real hit with her though, and that's what she plays with most of the time, including her version of soccer which we call mousccer, best played on the polished wood floor of the master bedroom. But they aren't her absolute favorites. Her absolute favorite mouse is a ragged old, tailless (she rips them off and they disappear - to who knows where), fur half coming off and non-rattling... white mousie. White mousie came in a three pack, along with a black and a gray, given to her as a welcoming gift by a family friend, soon after we captured her and brought her home. The other two have been gone since day one, but white mousie lives on, and is her absolute favorite toy. She will cry for white mousie when she loses it under furniture, and she won't do that with any other mice. So, this Christmas I was determined to get her a supply of mice like white mousie. I started by carefully shopping Amazon and checking what was available. Those Nibbler mice (litter mat) mentioned earlier looked very, very promising, and they came in two sizes, but I couldn't tell what they were made of so I contacted the manufacturer and was told they were rabbit fur. Purrfect! I ordered both sizes, $65+ of mice... and they weren't real. And it was 3 days to Christmas. After again contacting the Nibbler folks and finding out they changed from real fur to fake without telling their own customer service people things were looking pretty glum. There was no sign of the large Nibblers (ordered from a different site - big mistake! - and still no sign of them) and I was out of sources for mice unless I wanted to take her back to the train station and let her hunt. Then I found these. A careful look at the photo told me they were likely real fur (as did the Zany brand) so I took a chance and ordered them. They arrived Christmas Eve (thanks to free two day Prime shipping - yayy!) and are now officially known in this household as The Mice That Saved Christmas. Christmas day, while the other two cats were having their fun playing in the torn wrapping paper from the human's packages, I got out one of the white mice and tossed it near her. Joy! Instantly she pounced on it, and seemed quite bewildered that white mousie somehow had regrown a tail, but immediately started tossing it high in the air and pouncing on it when it landed. The other two cats wisely gave her room, because when she hunts white mousie, she HUNTS and... everything came to a screeching halt as a SECOND white mousie dropped into the paper from nowhere. And a third! It was snowing white mousies!Yes, we gave our kitty a White Mousie Christmas, and she loved it. She's even been seen playing with the other mice, but the white ones are all her favorites, and I've watched her carefully "stash" them in safe spots around the house where she can still reach them (there's two under the coffee table this laptop is on), but one is also tucked into a corner of her fleece lined bed, and she's slept with it under her chin every night since. I think it was a very Meowry Christmas for her.

these are THE best! First of all
If your cat loves playing with mice toys, these are THE best! First of all, the price for this bulk pack is a great deal at 50 cents each. Stores generally sell these for a dollar each. They are made from real fur which I would normally never recommend, but let's face it- our cats are strict carnivores. The fur is what makes these so alluring for them and is what keeps them entertained. The best part of these toys is that they are 100% safe for consumption. The fur is real, the eyes and nose are made from cloth, the "insides" are cardboard rather than plastic, and the tails are leather. Cat's may throw up if they eat it, but they won't get intestinal blockages or suffer any other health issues. All in all, I highly recommend these and I will be repurchasing them once our current order runs out.

Great buy for my cats.
I received some of these mice from my Vet, when I adopted 2 cats. A couple years later the mice have been disemboweled and are just pieces of fabric. I saw these on Amazon since I wasn't going to pay Vet prices and the local pet store is a joke. 20 mice for $7?You can't beat that. I read some reviews before purchasing the mice. The mice I got did not smell like chemicals as some people stated and as far as cheaply made what do you want for a cat toy? You get 20 so if a couple get ruined so be it. 2 of the mice were slaughtered within 2 hours of the package being open. Another thing that was mentioned in the reviews was they didn't get a variety of colors. I received all three colors shown, lucky me I guess. All in all the $7 was worth it and I'll probably buy more.

Great Value and Super Fun Toy for Felix the Rescue Cat
My rescue cat Felix LOVES these mice! I ended up buying the big packages, because he usually destroys the mice in 2 or 3 days. Inside, there is small cardboard like pieces which he gets all over the floor. Because they have a tail, I would be careful and watch your cats if introducing for the first time to make sure kitty doesn't attempt to ingest the tail, mouse or inner contents. My cats chases them, flips them and eats / chomps on the mouse until he rips it open. Once he empty's most of the content, he loses interest and we get another mouse. I have 2 cats, and the other one shows little to no interest, but like with all cat toys, it's trial and error to see which one they go crazy for!

My Cat is Happy
Lately I have not been able to find any "real" fur mice in any local stores. They are my cats favorite. I purchased these and am now stocked up for the next while. My cat is happy with them but she still seems to prefer the ones that have something in them so they rattle when she plays with them. Shipping was quick and I have no complaints with the seller. I would purchase from them again.

don't buy- not as advertised.
These "mice" did not have the rattle as described. My cat destroyed them within minutes revealing a strange filling- perhaps paper pulp.I would not recommend purchasing this product.
