This brace is very well built, I had a little trouble putting it on by myself so I got my wife to help me and that worked. I think I initially strapped the part that goes around your arm a little too high because there was too much space to move. I adjusted it to be lower on my arm and it gave me much better support.Once I got it on I had my wife help me tighten it up and it felt really good the movement was compressed going forward and back and it felt snug against my body. I would have liked for it to be a little tighter raising my arm laterally.I know it isn't designed for this but I also stuck an icepack in the adjustable strap/pocket that goes on top, so it kind of doubled as an ice pack holder lol.If you don't have someone to help you put it on it will take some coordination to get the arm strap done and the back tightening strap should be adjusted before you put it on, the front adjusting connection is perfect.The other good thing about having a strap like this is that it reminds me that my shoulder is hurt and I don't go doing something too fast with it and make it worse. I have forgotten my shoulder was in pain and moved quickly to do something and it wasn't fun.My shoulder doesn't hurt all the time, thankfully, but I'll wear it when it flares up.

Too small. Doesn’t fit well at all. Not worth the money.

NOT one size fits all, maybe most. I’m a 5’7” 200lbs male and in decent shape . The strap that goes across the chest was very tight, even with the strap at its max girth. The arm cuff that goes around the bicep was opened all the way and my arm started falling asleep due to tightness. It is good quality and I believe it would help with shoulder issues but it’s made for smaller frame people.

Once I figured out how to put this adjustable shoulder brace on without a second person's help, I definitely liked it. I'm concerned it may not be as effective for someone as small as me--an XS female--as others, but it still braces enough to help more me than without it. Unlike other braces with super stiff shells, it's very flexible and comfortable yet still effective. There are so many ways to adjust it! So for those of you who like a more affordable option for shoulder braces without extra bulk, this is the product for you!

This shoulder brace fits perfectly and does the job. It is easy to put on and take off and is extremely comfortable. Solid build, Solid quality. Would definitely recommend!
