Absolutely terrible product. I initially ordered one and it came damaged. It practically fell apart as I opened the packaging. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt so I ordered another only to receive yet ANOTHER damaged frame. I'm not getting a third frame and I will be returning this piece of junk. Don't waste your time and order a different one!

This frame provides the prestige and value that my Master's Degree deserves. Very happy with the black matted look, as it just makes the degree "pop" that much more.

I wanted to frame my college diploma, finally after all these years. The frame I bought is black with a black matte, exactly what I was looking for. $20 was a good price, so I bought and am satisfied

This showed up totally broken. 3 of the four corners were totally broken apart. It is some kind of composite plastic and built very poorly! Don't waste time or money on this! I regret cheaping out on this! I wish I would have just spend a little extra money and got a nice one to put my degree in! I would give this zero stars but in order to post this I had to choose at least one star!

1. Didn't realize the frame was plastic. 2. Both times I ordered and re-ordered it was broken. a. broken glass then broken joint at corner.

Frame broke. Broken first one when delivered. Replaced with another which still broke after being hung on the wall for three days. Not good quality at all.

I had to return and order a new one . The first one I got was broken. It doesn't feel sturdy and feels it's going to brake easily. The looks of it is really what got me into keeping it.
