UPDATED AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USE... The unit is holding up well but the sound appears to be degrading a little with some crackling and distortion in calls and music. This happens with the phone in close proximity and the volume at normal levels.The retractable earbuds work fine, range is good, battery is good, comfort is good, and iPhone connectivity is good.When retracting an earbud, I need to hold the opposite side to avoid pulling the headset off my neck. This is a minor inconvenience.The unit is not exposed to perspiration, and I have dropped it a few times onto a variety of surfaces (nothing severe.)The charging port door has loosened and is easier to remove now, which is good.Overall, the unit continues to function adequately, but does not have 100% of its original sound quality. I'm still happy with the purchase and have not deducted any stars. I'll update this review in another month or so.-----This is part 1 of a long-term unbiased review. I have not been compensated for my feedback. I have owned at least 5 LG Tone headsets (starting about 4 years ago) and I have also owned several Mpow Jaws units. My review includes some simple comparisons.THE FIRST 12 DAYS:Appearance: Very good. The unit is attractive though I am not a fan of chrome. I prefer a more understated gray contrast at the tips like LG or all black like Mpow. The earbuds have a red accent and look very cool.Initial Use: The unit powered on and connected to my iPhone 8+ easily. From there I familiarized myself with button placement which is different than LG or Mpow but satisfactory. I was able to make a call, interact with Siri and the Gboard microphone, play music on Amazon Music, and listen to Audible.com. I don't think I could do all these things as easily with the LG or Mpow and I was pleasantly surprised.Phone Call Quality: OUTSTANDING!!! Phone calls are clear and unmuffled and the other caller can hear me well. Call quality far exceeds LG or Mpow.Sound Quality: OUTSTANDING!!! Overall, my music and audiobooks never sound so good. I am not an audiophile but I am absolutely thrilled with the sound. Exceptional bass, midrange, and treble.Volume: OUTSTANDING!!! I have one definitive test for volume... driving in my car with the top down at highway speed and the Bluenin killed it with volume to spare! The LG and Mpow don't even come close, even in semi-quiet settings.Comfort: Very good. The unit is a little bigger than the LG and Mpow's but fits fine. The band is a bit longer than the LG and Mpow's but this might be an advantage to not falling off. The unit stays planted on my neck and the earbuds remain firmly seated in my ears using the middle (standard) size.Ergonomics: After a couple of hours I was able to use the unit easily without getting confused. The retractable earbuds work well and are a big plus. I just hope the unit lasts.Power: The unit easily lasts 8 hours of mixed phone (primary), music and audiobook use... so far so good. One annoyance... the plastic USB charging cover is very hard to remove. I need a toothpick to pry it open.Durability: TBD. This is the wildcard and my biggest concern. My record for durability is 1 year with LG which is good but not great. My Mpow units were total junk and lasted no more than 5 months. Time will tell and I hope for a good outcome.Summary: So far, this is easily the best Bluetooth neckband headset I have owned due primarily to the volume and sound quality. If the unit lasts 6 months or more I will consider this a WIN for the price. Stay tuned for an update at about 1-month's use.

I bought these for my husband because the other pair he had had been messing up for awhile. He said these work great. Since he is a detailer they are great for him since he is around water all the time. Hands free and they are comfortable also. The noise cancelling is awesome. He loves the retractable ear buds. The stereo on them kick butt. I would definitely recommend getting a couple pairs.

Sound quality was good and the battery lasted fine, but the left earbud crapped out entirely after less than two months of use.Update: after posting this review I got a prompt response from the seller offering a refund or replacement provided I revise or remove this review. The rapid customer service is appreciated, however Having considered the offer I opted not to take them up on it because:1- what I wrote is an accurate portrayal of my experience with this product, and while I appreciate how important reviews are to sellers I’m not willing to recant just because someone offers me $20.2- I have a set of headphones from a different manufacturer on its way already.3- the other earbud died out only a few days after I first posted this review leaving the headset completely useless and broken, so I’m not interested in getting it replaced if I’ll just end up in the same spot two months from now.

This is one of the better headsets I have owned. The sound is clear, the earbuds retract easily (which I really like!), it fits comfortably around my neck. Music sound amazing, and no one has complained that I sound muffled or far away as some headsets do. I would definitely buy another as a gift for someone else.

These headphones seem much more durable than the ones that I had before this. That is saying a lot since I have had my other headphones for over 3 years! I really appreciate the retractable cable so that I do not accidentally snag the headphones on my fingers or other objects. The only complaint that I have on them is that they are TOO good. I'm serious about that. Sometimes when my wife is quite for around a minute, it tries to enhance the sound to pick up the sound of her fan in the background. These are incredible!

I have had these earbuds for about two weeks. I had difficulty pairing them with my Google Pixel. I think the problem lies with the Pixel, not the earbuds. After restarting the phone a couple of times, the earbuds paired up, and have automatically connected every time after that. The battery life is good with these. I use them to listen to music at work (low volume) for 8-9 hours a day and haven't had to recharge them during the day. The battery notification voice is a little startling because it is louder than the music, and unexpected. The cables to the earbuds seem very thin, but so far, they have held up. I like that the cables retract into the headset. I bought these because my kitten chewed through the exposed wires on my old pair, and this set eliminates that problem all together. Earbud size is good. I have problems with overly large earbud cases (the part that is outside your ear canal, but still in your ear) and these are comfortable. They come with 3 sizes of rubber ear-gaskets.Overall - feel like I got good value for what I paid for these.

Great headphones! The sound is really good & they pair easily with my phone. The battery life is great & I really like the retractable earbuds! The only drawback for me was trying to replace the ear tips (needed the smaller ones).....It took me forever! Other than that, I would definitely recommend these.
