Love this phone,would definitely recommend

5 months in and the screen began freezing and displaying blue and pink linesSo now I can’t use the phone as the screen has turned blackTrying to send it for a repair but information is in the broken phone. Would prefer to return to Amazon. How long will a Samsung repair take. If I ever get the information to send it. Really disappointed might go back to iPhones

I absolutely love this phone. It looks wonderful and is so easy to use. Very neat to put into my bag. I love the all the extra features. Fantastic value for money.

Terrible waste of money

2 screen repairs in 4 months. Phone is carefully looked after and sits in a very good case but first screen problem happened 2 months after purchase. Screen replaced and 4 or so weeks later, it has to go back with another screen problem.This is a clear problem and shows the phone is not fit for purpose.As much as I like everything about it, it is impossible to recommend.2 weeks without a phone is a major problem for a working mum.Avoid the hinged screens.
