This microphone picks up your voice clear!! Doesn't pickup too much background noise. I would advise that if you have a ceiling fan in the background to turn it off. Other than that, great buy

With the new iPhone which this product says it is compatible with, the phone either has too good of speakers or this device does not work with it because there is no sound difference.
