i got tennis elbow by rock climbing. then i kept climbing and got a bunch of pain all around my elbow. this brace helped a lot both for immediate pain relief and even after i took it off. i tried a bunch of stretches and excersizes, but they just seemed to make things worse. the only other thing that helped was to sleep with my arm mostly straight instead of with my elbow bent.

Surprised they actually helped eliminate the constant pain from my elbow to my wrist I’m a chef and in my 40s now and started getting sharp sharp pain from my elbow to my wrist I can wear these while at work if needed or fall asleep with them on I experience less days in pain as soon as I fell the pain coming on I slap one of these bad boys on and I’m good to go

The media could not be loaded. 10/10 recommend! I started cleaning houses on the side and this has alleviated a lot of pain that I have developed previously from using crutches for a long period. At Max I would say this brace would fit a size 15 inch forearm at just below the elbow, it does have some give when you tighten it, but I would say 15 inch would be max at a fit, not tightened. My forearm is just at 12 inches so this works great. Even if your arms are significantly smaller than mine, there’s Velcro on the backside of the straps as well, so you can cross strap them to fit perfectly. But maximum I would say 15 inches. I was able to work and clean, scrubbing, tubs, floors, counters, dusting, mopping all the things, and had little pain compared to the amount of pain I had without it. I was constantly unable to lift things like my purse, I couldn’t lift a cast-iron pan, a gallon jug of water caused excruciating pain. Definitely worth a buy, especially if it’s on sale. I got two of these for the price of one. It’s a steel! If you’ve got tennis elbow, and you can barely lift anything, you need to try these.
