This is the best value WIndows 11 PC you can buy! It has plenty of RAM (16 GB), and a generous 1TB Solid State Drive... It has as much RAM and storage capacity as your average Desktop PC motherboard and box case that costs several times more (typically 3 or 4 times more). It is more than capable of performing well for video editing and rendering, watching online HD streaming movies and videos over Netflix or YouTube, doing online ZOOM meetings, and playing simple 2D and 3D games (but not the latest high-end 3D games that require a graphics card that is equivalent to an Nvidia GTX 1080 or better graphics card... This OHBWUP Mini PC will not play high-end 3D games smoothly, however, it is perfect for the majority of office and work-related desktop applications.Connect it to a big 75" HD TV, and you have everything you need to enjoy a big screen movie... It also streams online video very smoothly and reliably...It connects to Bluetooth devices like wireless headphones and wireless keyboards. Unfortunately, upon start-up, it does not automatically detect my Logitech MX Keys wireless Bluetooth keyboard, so you need a wired PC keyboard initially plugged in to a USB port, to type in your Windows 11 login password. There are probably others ways to login with a keyboard, such as biometrics methods, but I prefer to use old fashioned typed passwords.This is a very compact and lightweight device, ideal for camping trips. You can buy a cheap 12v DC output regulated power supply (rechargeable battery) at most electronics stores (such as Jaycar) and power up the OHBWUP Mini PC using a standard AC output, or the 12v DC power output. You can even use the 12v DC output of a car's cigarette lighter, however, this might be less reliable.One improvement I would like to ask, for the developers to have 2 HDMI output ports on a future model, so 2 HD TV screens can be used in a 'dual monitor' setup, because most HD TVs do not connect to a USB-C port. However, please keep the existing Display-port-enabled USB-C port.This little computer is great value for money, and combined with a TCL NXTWEAR Smart Glasses (that connects to the USB-C port) or an Oculus Rift or HTC Vive HMD (Head Mounted Display), you have a very low cost PC that is much more lightweight, more immersive, and more portable than an average laptop PC.

First - Machine came in nice pack with proper protection with required power-supply. Adapter is nice, i wish all mini PC vendors provides adapter like this one.Good Value - Machine is little and does not need whole lot of power(Running 10W when IDLE) and jump to 12-14 Watts on daily routine tasks, such as email, browsing and video, though video may jump to 20 watts sometimes.Processor is very power-efficient and thanks to 8 Efficient Cores-though you do not have hyper-threading on this processor, it works respectably well for normal day-to-day tasks.Good slots accessibility for RAM and SSD - i would say easiest-access ever seen in my lifetime, however there are compromises on these 2 crucial componentsCompromise #1- Design and Placement of SSD holding screw is not quite user-friendly, very tight and awkward placement if one try to update to longer SSD (2280 NVME). But this can be ignored since this is once in blue-moon you would need to make change on hardware.Compromise #2- YOU DO NOT HAVE 2-SLOTS for RAM, so if you want to upgrade/downgrade RAM, you need to find bigger/smaller RAM-STICK with exact desired capacity.Room for Improvement - BIOS should be pre-configured with proper fan triggering and fan speed parameters.Seller-Support - Seller is very supportive and answers all the questions in few hours and ensures customer satisfaction.Final Verdict - Good Value machine with little compromise

Has anyone else had luck actually upgrading the RAM? I have a half dozen other n100 machines running with 16GB of RAM. I tried on this one, it won't even boot to the BIOS. I have tried multiple memory sticks including one with the exact same mfg numbers as the original (outside of 1Rx16 instead of 1Rx8). No luck. Running as purchased, it is working great. Not sure why they designed it to easily upgrade the memory if they don't support any 16GB SoDIMMs. I'd happily increase my star rating if anyone can tell me how to get it to recognize a 16 GB memory module.Update, the fan is really loud on this PC in comparison to my others. I'd steer away from this "brand" if possible.

Delivered on time as expected. Item was exactly what I needed! Easy to set up, fast. Driver set on chair by door on porch. I am very grateful for driver doing this as I am handicapped it it is easier for me to get it off of porch not having to bend over to pick up boxes.
