Found that next to smallest fit me best and very effective at blocking out wifes' noisy breathing when not well, but woke with slightly aching ears from a whole night's pressure. Will try smallest next time and hope they work as well. Note, these are NOT noise cancelling, they are not active, they are noise blocking, but the material is soft and effective.

These were bought for other to use. (but I did try for comfort)They are easy to put in and sit comfortably in the ear,(better than the foam ones you squeeze) however they don't dampen much of the noise.I would say okay for sleeping if you are a light sleeper but not great if you want to use them for sensory needs. (which was my primary intended use)

Great value for money as 8 pairs of earplugs are included in sizes xs, small, medium, and large. They come with not one, but two carry cases that fit one pair of earplugs each. They're comfortable to wear, although when I wear them overnight my ears tend to be a little more waxy in the mornings. They don't completely cancel out noise, but I use them to muffle my partner's snoring, which works for me. So depending on the purpose, they can be very useful.

Bought these having read the reviews, hoping they would sound out the wifes snoring.Having opened the box and seeing how many airs you get for yheprice I was impressed at first.But, once you put them in your ears, which is a bit fiddly as the buds are so small, and yes I tried every size, they DO NOT cancel out any sound.These only muffle sounds, meaning they are no good for sleeping. I could even hear the birds tweeting.Sorry but I would not recommend these for drowning out any sound.

These earplugs are easy to fit, and come in all sizes for the whole family - XS child, S teenager, M and L for adults with spares! They sit easily in your ear and have tags to take them out. The best is they really work and have helped us all get sound sleep at night, and traveling. And they come in various funky colours so you don't lose them! Great for sensitive ears.......

For me it's the medium size that fitted, reasonably comfortable, but as mentioned in the title, they're not comfortable to wear overnight and don't block snoring.They also tend to fall out of the ears quite frequently.Mediocre overall.
