Broke after using for one week...
From the start the adaptor didnt fit properly into my laptop, I had to wiggle it around for it to connect. After using for about a week it stopped working all together..

Worked fine while it lasted
Used the adapter for an old school dell monitor which I plugged into my laptop via usb-c. One day after a few months or so, I plugged the adapter into my laptop and the screen kept resetting like the adapter was being repeatedly unplugged and plugged in with windows playing the sound too. Did the same thing for two laptops so it must be the adapter. Oh well.
