Worked well for 6 months, then tried to boot it up one day and got stuck in a reboot cycle, nothing I could do would even get system into Safe mode so I contacted the maker, after a week they responded with a megalink to a system restore zip, this too either froze or another reboot loop. I wrote back, after a week they told me to format my usb and try again, I already had, but did as they suggested, and got the same errors, wrote back, it has been 2 weeks and no response. I liked the comp and would have been 5 stars while it worked, but now I think it may be a paperweight because beelink is of no help to me, so only 2.edit: It has now been 3 months with no customer service response for a computer I had for only 6, for the price I find this to be unacceptable, I will never buy from them again.

This was the perfect pc I was looking for. Perfect for light computing and living room video conferencing with parents. I needed something simple with minimal setup and this fit the bill perfectly.

I have tried two different mini PCs before buying this one. First one died in 2 weeks, another one DOA. Decided to give Beelink a try, so far so good. Running with no issues, quiet, handling streaming well. Keep my fingers crossed.

Worked fine, some issues with video streaming but good enough.... Then one day 4 months after installing it, brick!

I have now purchased and returned 5 of these type of mini-computers all of them say they have power on after power loss BIOS features but they do not. Beelink, Minis, MINIX, and all these mini-pc clones keep saying they have these features or that they support linux but it isn't until you actually power one up that you actually can see what it can do. The real problem is that somehow these vendors are being allowed to share the same reviews and questions across MULTIPLE different products they offer and they are NOT all the same. I am not sure how amazon allows them to do this but they are getting away with it.I am simply looking for a sub $250 mini-pc that is celeron based with 4gb ram / 32 or 64gb flash and that allows linux install. I did find one of these that worked but it was atom based and I need something with more CPU power. My other requirement is that it auto-powers on after a power failure (like a mini-appliance pc actually should). Just need to be able to load an OS off an ISO and go without complex procedures involving re-flashing a bios or installing out-of-band drivers to make it work.
