The fabric exterior Is a good quality case. On the plastic insert that actually holds the pills I like the 'extra' slot for aspirin, and the lids close tightly and stay closed.What I don't care for is that all the lids on the plastic insert open along the outside edge, so instead of two rows that both open toward you when you unzip the exterior case, you have four days that open toward you and four that open away from you toward the back seam of the material case. While carrying the case during your week you only have to flip the insert around mid-week, but while filling it for the start of the new week it's just a little annoying to have to drop the pills in over the tops of the open snap-lids. I know it's a small thing but it began to annoy me so I'm just passing it on.

So small yet so roomy! I fit 5 of my pills with room to spare. I added the quarter for pill size reference. If you notice in the pic, the soft gel pills are huge. It fit 4 in a compartment comfortably. When I unpacked it I thought "wow, it's so small" and was unsure if it would fit the pills I needed. But I was pleasantly surprised. And it's small enough to fit in my purse without taking up a whole lot of room.

Just the right size for multiple pills. Pill divider can be separate from case. I got "Wile Rose" pattern--zipper not crooked as it appears on one of the pics. I like this type of pill case because i can open all the lids at once to put in pills. I tried a hexagon-type pill case and i couldn't do that.

Previous one I purchased had support to hold it in place. This on flops out when pouring pills out.

Super cute, has a smooth fabric feel to it and comes with removable pill case. My BC pills don't fit in the front pocket but fit fine in the strap compartment if I take out pill case. No extra pocket inside like I thought it would but looks like great quality.

The pouch is super sturdy. Some of the compartments snap better than others but the zippered kid keeps them closed anyways. Love the size of the compartments. Holds a lot.

I liked this small pill box. It holds just enough of my pills for a whole week plus one more day. This is my second one like this. Will buy again . Thanks

When opening pouch the lids have a tendency to pop open. A very well made pouch and good traveling size
