Yeah right! Just pay the dealer the ransom.
Thought I had my problem solved, bought two of these, they are worthless. First, even though they appear to be standard and fit, they don’t. Brand new, they fall apart while your attempting to change them out. Waste of time and money and they just don’t work.Better off just paying the car dealership ransom and getting a whole new one.

Terrible case, opened the case to put old chip and battery, Inside was solid with no room to add the chip.
