Priced right for the do it yourself'er.
These stilts are by no means professional grade and it's doubtful they'd withstand the rigors of a 9-5 5 days a week job but if you have a small job to do or have occasional work requiring stilts or you do the parade gig, they will serve you fine. The biggest complaint I have with them is that the feet leave black marks on a tile floor. Not difficult to clean up but a nuisance none the less. Overall they are solid and having worked in stilts before, I had no problem walking with them for several hours at a time. Getting them properly adjusted is paramount to comfort and safety and this really requires a second person to help you. Otherwise you're taking them on & off a dozen times or more to get them right. Let me emphasis that again, take your time getting them adjusted & fine tuned, otherwise you won't feel balanced, your feet will fall asleep and you might end up with blisters and you won't be happy. Be sure to check & tighten all the hardware each time before you wear them. You'll have to sit on something tall to put them on and take them off so prepare something safe & sturdy.

Why did no one tell me there was SUCH an easy replacement for moving ladders around rooms
Holy Cow! I cannot believe I have not owned these for my entire adult life. Why did no one tell me there was SUCH an easy replacement for moving ladders around rooms!?! I will use these for our home remodeling, which involves a lot of ceiling work, but I will also use them for painting as well as just anything that requires use of a mid-height ladder. They arrived quickly, the learning curve was practically zero. I walked around for a few minutes and went right to work. I keep a ladder set up to place all the tools at the height I need them.

came fast,good value
I bought these for a Halloween costume. As a 118 pound female, it took some practice. Seems like it's made for a man's foot. lol super easy to see stand in, but walking took some practice for me. They were pretty easy to put together. I can always use them for Christmas lights or house work. Great value.

A Must Have!
Purchased these drywall stilts to hopefully make my dry walling job easier...and they did! They are easy to put on but a little tricky to stand in them. You need to be sitting on something higher than a chair. The quality seems to be good, but since this is my first set of stilts, I don't have any other comparison. They required minimal adjustment to fit. I am six feet tall and with the stilts on the lowest setting, my head was about four inches below the eight foot ceiling. These stilts put me at a perfect height for reaching the ceiling without having to bend my head to look up. I also used them to paint the fascia boards of my house. I was able to get the painting done much quicker because I didn't have to get up and down on a ladder all the way around the house. I wish I would have purchased these a long time ago!

LIFESAVER!
I LOVE THESE STILTS (CAME AS A PAIR GREAT PRICE) SORRY FOR YELL CAPITALS there I was working on 3 big rooms spackling ceilings (yikes spackle dry second coat then dry then finally sand down for customer) without these stilts it must have taken around 2 hours with the stupid ladder for three 4 by 8 ft sheetrock spackle i could have died by then i did the three rooms today in about 7 hours still need to finish corners but these stilts made it easy and fun NOT A CHORE , SCORE!!!!!!! 1 drawback the comapny gave wrong size bolts for feet lucky im handy and drilled through and put my own bolts aside from that these stilts ROCK! 1 other thing people complain about loose straps i took care of this (thanks for the reviewers who i read on so i came prepared to job site) JUST DUCT TAPE AROUND THE STRAPS WORKS SUPREMO!

Worth it for the DIY'r !
Exactly what I needed to start mudding my drywall. I'm a DIY'r and didn't need to spend $300+ dollars for a "professional" grade drywall stilts. I was able to find a video on YouTube that really helped dial in on their fitment and use. After the second time I used them I was able to walk around my entire basement with ease. These have been such a time saver since I don't have to climb up and down a step ladder every 2-3 feet I would have had to move. If you have any sort or coordination, you shouldn't have an issue using these. I'm also hoping to use them to hang Christmas lights and maybe even painting our vaulted ceilings on our first floor. The only "issue" I have with them is that the foot plate where you actually stand doesn't completely support my feet, so after about 90minutes of use, my feet start to ache, but it's tolerable. If you're a DIY'r like me and only need them for a couple of jobs, these are well worth the expense, and really they aren't that terribly expensive to begin with.

Easy to adjust
These are my first pair of stilts. They walk a little bow legged. Easy to adjust. For $80 you'll bring them on the job more often than step ladders. Used them almost 2 weeks straight. I'm a big 300lb drywaller.
