GORLYA Girl's Short Sleeve Floral Print Loose Casual Holiday Long Maxi Dress with Pockets 4-12 Years

This dress was gorgeous when first received. The length was perfect on my 6 year old. I was torn between getting XS and S, but I stuck to the measurements provided exactly and it was perfection when she tried it on. First use: the fabric was a tad clingy but overall flowy and beautiful. I wear long dresses too so my girl and I were twinning! The problems started after the first wash. I bought this dress for vacation. Imagine my horror when I washed it before she wore it a second time and there was pilling everywhere. This is a photo taken from that day. The amount of static in the fabric increased and it also got about an inch or so shorter in length. My honest review is it’s a gorgeous dress if you need it for a one time thing, otherwise move on. For me, $20 was too much for a one time dress.

This dress is adorable! My daughter loves that it has pockets and she got so many compliments on it.My daughter is average height, very slim and almost 9 years old. The size 7/8 fits her perfectly with some room to grow.

I would like to say I was exaggerating but I had a hard crash burn out with laundry and it lead me to getting rid of all my kids clothes and replacing it with 4 dresses each for both my daughters. Their closets are now simple and laundry is a breeze. These dresses are so soft and fit my girls perfectly. They were excited to have a lot less laundry to do and that these can be worn summer through fall. Add leggings underneath for cooler temperatures. My youngest daughter wanted all solids and my oldest daughter wanted one solid and three prints. The colors came as expected and there are no loose strings or stitchings.Originally, my oldest daughter wanted all overalls for her wardrobe because she does a lot of the animal chores on our homestead... but then she decided if girls like Laura and Mary Ingalls can tame the country wearing dresses then she could be like an early pioneer and do the same. I love that she can go from feeding animals right into town without changing clothes. We have to replace all of the kids boots at the same time (going to be expensive but very convenient for timing) and these will all look good with a brown boot too.

My 9 year old daughter received this from my for Christmas. She loved it, it fit well, and held up to her 9 year old abuse for the week she was with me.It fits well, the feeling of the material is nice, and all of the seams seemed to be good quality.I would reccomend this to anyone with a daughter that likes dresses, but also likes to be a tom boy at times.

My daughter loves everything about this dress she wore it for her Christmas concert and said it was so comfy that she wanted to wear it to school the next day and did! She really loved the pockets and how soft it was! I would definitely recommend this dress!

I ordered the 9/10 for my 10 year old daughter. I measured her and followed the recommended sizing for her height. Her usual size is 10/12, but she's kinda short. The material is soft and stretchy. She is happy with her dress!

Sizing is way off! Way too long for the 4-5, but bigger sizes are too short! Frustrating when the measurement given in the sizing description doesn't come close to the actual dress size. I ordered up for my 8 year old but there's no option to order up for the 11/12 size. Guess I'll be adding material to the bottom to lengthen the dress as these are my daughters Christmas dresses.

This dress was suggested via our choir director for their formal concert. I bought two just to make sure we got the right size. Both worked well so we kept them both. I looked all over locally and didn't find a plain black long dress anywhere. Problem solved. Thanks!

Bought age 9-10 for a 56" tall girl, I thought the next size up would be too big but now wish I had bought the larger size. The dress is almost ankle length on her.In addition it is very cheaply made, there was a hole at the waist where the seam wasn't fully sewn up.

Very sweet dress. Lovely colour and although plain it looks effortlessly pretty because the cut is nice. Material not the hightest quality but not bad especially for the price.

My daughter has another of these dresses in a solid colour and for some reason this one is not as soft and stretchy as the solid colour one. That being said the pattern is very pretty and the dress fits great and true to size.

Material was good quality and soft but the color was lighter green not the bright mint it shows in the picture. My daughter loves the dress especially the pockets and soft material.
