Bettafish got a Parasite from the snails
Once I introduced these snails to my tank my Betta fish started rubbing himself against plants and rocks. A week after he was lethargic, wouldn't eat and the snails kept climbing on top of my betta so I had to move them with aquarium tweezers. I stopped feeding for a day, changed 50% of the water, purchase an airstone and turned on the filter with no success on the condition of the fish. As a last resort to save my fish I bought Melafix Antibacterial Treatment and a Parasite Remedy then removed the snail. I started treatment on my Bettafish and after completing just the three recommended treatments of the Parasite Remedy my Betta had nearly fully recovered. I recommend that the seller treats the snails before selling anymore or that if you buy any quarantine the snails in a separate tank then treat them for a week.

They come with Ick, definitely quarantine.
They came with Ick. Like, okay I should have quarantined them first but I don’t have a quarantine tank. Now my goldies are acting sick, my guppies are pineconing, and my gourami are being really weird. So on the plus side my detritus is being taken care of (yay!) and all of my snails showed up alive and well (also yay!). The snails are all adults and seem to be healthy. But the Ick is really worrying me. I’m extremely proud of my goldies and there’s a flipping quarantine on so I can’t personally shop for the right treatments or pick up anything to offset said treatments, or pester my local boutique pet store for their insights. It’s very upsetting.4 stars, because the product itself is exactly what I ordered. Docked one for the infection. Sadness.Update: I fixed the Ick problem, and the snails are doing really well. I’ve even moved some of the offspring to my other tanks! They do n excellent job of finishing off whatever my fish don’t eat, and even pick at whatever algae is left after the plecos and grazers are done. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

If you want a ton of trumpet snails in your aquarium this is for you
5/6 arrived alive to my mailbox (perfectly normal to expect). All burrowed immediately into the sand never to be seen again. After about a month i now see art least 20 in the morning when i turn on the lights and a couple towards the night hours. They tend to stay out of sight for most of there life so don't expect too much action from these guys, but they reproduce like crazy and will definitely survive and help benefit any aquarium. Their population will explode if you are over feeding your fish so caution is recommended, but they don't cause much harm to the bio-load so you are safe on that end.

Neat little snails.
I've never had these before but I've heard there good for sand substrate. They arrived fairly quickly. I was concerned about the snails is transit and the seller got right back to me and reassured they would be fine and there was a small plant to supply oxygen. When they got here there were a couple extra snails which I thought was great since you never know how they will do on the ride. I ordered 6, and 6 out of 8 were alive. All but one have burrowed into the sand

Excellent Quality Snails !!
I am thoroughly impressed with my purchase, I'll be honest, at first I was hesitant to order snails off of Amazon. But once I saw the insane amount of positivity in the review section of this particular snail offer, and was intrigued enough to make a purchase. My snails got here this afternoon, they all are here alive (as far as I can tell at this point) there were three extra snails (I ordered 12) and they got here quickly! All in all, excellent purchase, that comes highly recommended from me!

Better all around than I expected.
My snails arrived alive and well, even with an extra USPS delay. I ordered with the non-expedited shipping, and found the creation of the shipping label vs when the package was actually mailed a bit confusing. The snails were packaged well. When reading all the reviews, I was setting my expectations around a 50% survival rate. Over five hours, all but 6 of the 24 snails have moved away from where I placed them. I know MTS can stay in their shell for days at a time, so I will monitor the others. My snails were all full size adults. I've attempted to add a picture to give others ordering some idea of what I received.

Adorable but breed a lot
These guys are adorable, but they breed like crazy. I have baby snails all over the place now. If you have too many, you can either remove them manually or feed the tank less so there's less food for them. They help aerate the sand and eat detritus off the sand bed. Fun fact, if you see a bunch of snails making a beeline for the top of the tank, it means you have a water quality issue.

Really big for mts.
I’m not sure these are mts snails. Some of them are almost white and about two inches long. My mts from a previous tank are small and brown, and never got even close to as big as these suckers. They’re all alive though but they are big enough to uproot plants.
