The Alpnach Mechanical is sharply engineered and directly inspired by the twin-rotor Cougar AS 532, borrowing key elements from the aircrafts rotary blades, cyclic stick, turbines and cockpit. Dressed on a beautiful black hue, the dial features a white seconds hand together with white tipped hour and minute indices for high legibility. As with all Victorinox watches, their designs comprise of rugged constructions, hence the double sided scratch resistant and anti reflective sapphire crystal glass which protects the mechanical movement from shock, pressure, sun damage and water. The 44mm Victorinox Swiss Army Alpnach Mechanical watch showcases a beautiful day date at the 3 o clock location providing remarkable contrast against its lime green painted border and matching minuterie on the flange. Additional features include black PVD coated unidirectional rotating bezel, 24 hour markers, luminescent dial appliquess, skeleton caseback and a black PVD coated stainless steel case.
