Description
- Dimming will operate from 5% of the lamp output up to 95%. Leaving the dimmer permanently in-line to operate the lamp at 95% output will protect and extend the life of your bulb. Compact toughened ABS plastic dimming box fits into the palm of your hand and connects to the lamp via the 3 meter trailing extension lead connected to the dimmer. Just plug your lamp into the trailing plug socket and the dimmer power cable into the electrical outlet.
- The control unit is fully sealed and tolerant to heat. Even with extended use of the dimmer at any setting the control box will not generate excessive heat. The color change of light output across the scale is marginal, a barely noticeable increase in orange even when used at it's highest dimming position. This dimmer fits most tungsten halogen lamps up to 2000W, running on 200~250V AC power, including Arri and our clone versions:
