It does take time to put together but I’m happy with how it turned out.

I've never written a bad review before, but I feel I must. Seller states that the item comes preassembled. NOT TRUE! Paper is cheap and not durable. Letters must be punched out, including the holes, and they easily tear. The glitter lettering flakes off. The letters are not 1.25" in height. They are 1". The wooden poles are not 8" high, they're 10". The string does not fit easily through the holes and they fray. It's a cute idea for a cake topper, but this particular item fails to live up to expectations. Not worth the money. Worth no more than 50 cents! I would have returned it immediately if I didn't need it the next day. Extremely disappointed. Buyer beware. Should always read reviews...I, unfortunately, didn't! I give it one star for speedy delivery, only.

Beautiful banner, a little bit hard to out together but not a big deal. It's perfect for the price. Made my birthday cake and pictures look beautiful.

I didn't use it because it was time consuming to make it on the day of my daughter's birthday. I recommend making the banner the day before of the party. It breaks very easily so be careful. It's pretty alright but it's very fragile so it's kinda annoying that the holes breaks easily. Again, some holes broke so the string couldn't grasp/hold on the letters. I didn't get to use it for my daughter's birthday cake.

Don’t buy this if you think this is coming together. It is the tiniest string that is given and it untwist. I would never have bought if I knew it was unassembled. I don’t want a last minute craft to do before party and the letters are all twisted

Was very cute on the cake. I didn’t realize I would have to assemble each little piece. It seems very delicate. I had to tape the little stars on the top of the sticks so they would stay. Overall I really like the way it looks. It can be used over and over again.

It's pretty. However one of the skewers arrived broken, end up using one I had. Also, I did not read the reviews and this is a diy.

You do have to assemble which I saw in the reviews. It's really easy you just have to have a little patience. Took me about 15 minutes. The only annoying part is the pre punched holes in the letters are pretty small so the strings frays pushing it though but if you roll it between two fingers after each thread it's fine. Great buy for the price.

Probably should’ve checked the reviews first.. I’ve bought topper a hundred times from Amazon. And this is an absolute joke. For the price and you have to put it together. Not worth it at all

It's pretty cute but took some time to assemble and didn't quite turn out the way I would have liked.

I assumed that this would come assembled but it does not. Was kind of a pain punching all the little pieces out and putting them on the string and tying the string to the sticks etc. Once it was set up it was pretty cute but man, I could have just DIY'd the whole thing myself for the amount of work involved. Would have saved me the money too. If you're not dexterous and hate assembling tiny things, maybe not for you. But it was cute and I'll probably use it again.
