Flimsy, not made to last. Backstraps ripped off.
I was surprised how cheaply it is made. My daugther really wanted it, being stubborn as she is, so I didn't send it back. Now she regrets cause it fell apart after a week of school. The backstraps just couldn't hold the weight of the backpack. need to get her the brand she had before, lasted 4 years.
