Turtle Beach Atlas Three Amplified Gaming Headset - PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch , Black

My son loves this headset. He said its comfortable & also gives great sound quality.

I bought these for my son as he's very fast becoming a Cartman from 'that' episode of South Park. He loves nothing more than to sit in his room on a sunny day with the curtains drawn playing online games whilst whooping and hollering down the microphone of his headset like some kind of janked up yankie! The audio quality on these headphone is extremely good. Very bassy but also allowing the small details to be heard. However, the microphone - my son reports - is not so good. He complains that it's quiet and his friends can't hear him so he's reverted back to using his old headphones whilst these just sit on the floor. So overall - great sound but terrible mic.

within 6 months of ordering this item the mic (yes you read correctly) HAS SNAPPED from the moveable mic arm on the headset itself!

This might be obvious to others but I would have thought they would have a pass through element so would work as a basic headset if the battery was dead since they are wired and not wireless.Alas though this is not the case and has been confirmed with turtle beach support (Who were quick to respond on twitter)I have compared these to the Atlas one and the amplification is a definite improvement to the sound.Although I have only owned these for a short while they appear to be comfortable.I'll update the review once I have used them in a voice chat, I wanted to post the review earlier as I may not have purchased them if I had known about the none pass through of audio and it may help others.

Very bad built quality, they don’t sound good at all, they are comparable with £15 headphones. I have no words about the mic, as it was not working. And on top of that, turtle beach doesn’t accept returns, i am not sure how they sell on amazon, as i started a return within the first hour I received the headphones, and they told that is not possible to return them because I opened the box.

Disclaimer: bought this used.Great sounding headset, very comfortable. However extremely loud static would intermittently come on, to me and anyone I'm talking to. Seemed to be no fix, could may it quieter by flipping the mic up to mute but it never fixed it. Returning it.If I bought this new it may have been a great headset with no issues, alas I did. When it worked though it was great, just don't buy it used.

Ormai uso queste cuffie da quasi un anno, credo sia arrivato il momento di una bella recensione! Vi anticipo già che sono ovviamente ottime!Allora, prima di tutto parliamo della qualità costruttiva: la solidità dei materiali, sia interni che esterni, accompagnano l'ottimo design, portandole ad essere tanto belle quanto resistenti, l'isolamento funziona bene e giustifica la presenza di una batteria (che ha comunque durata elevata); dopo quasi un anno non presentano il minimo segno di usura, è incredibile se comparate a delle vecchie Turtle Beach che a questo punto erano già da buttare.Ergonomia e comfort: anche qui devo rendergli giustizia, i cuscinetti dei padiglioni non solo traspirano ed evitano la sudorazione d'estate (al contrario dei modelli in similpelle), ma sono anche comodissimi, si adattano perfettamente all'orecchio e alla testa grazie al memory; inoltre la parte centrale come da descrizione è leggermente ammorbidita per evitare di schiacciare le stecche degli occhiali per dar fastidio, e per chi porta occhiali come me questa cosa è una manna dal cielo.Suono: i bassi sono ovviamente fenomenali, e per essere delle cuffie da gaming sono fantastiche anche per ascoltare musica, segno di un' ottima qualità delle casse che essendo da 40mm fanno la differenza; il sorround è ottimo e lavora benissimo con l'audio posizionale, ed in giochi come CoD si riesce davvero a percepire qualunque cosa; nulla di fenomenale le 3 modalità selezionabili tramite pulsante, ma onestamente sono mai servite, grazie alla regolazione tramite rotella raggiunge picchi di volume altissimi senza problemi.Microfono: ottima qualità dell'audio in ingresso, cristallino e potente, lavora benissimo con la maggior parte dei software senza dare problemi (a differenza di molte altre cuffie da gaming); molto comodo sia il poterlo disattivare semplicemente sollevandolo, sia la rotella che permette di regolare quanto sentire la propria voce nelle cuffie stesse: per chi gioca di notte è comodissimo, permette di rendersi conto e regolare la propria voce.Prezzo: sono cuffie da 80 euro che sono riuscito ad avere a quasi metà prezzo grazie agli sconti dopo Natale; un primo modello è arrivato difettoso e l'ho sostituito dopo pochi giorni (Amazon sempre molto efficiente), da allora come dicevo mai nessun tipo di problema; oggi le ricomprerei a prezzo pieno dovessi mai romperle, perchè sono alla pari di cuffie che sono anche su fasce più alte; rapporto qualità/prezzo? 110%.Definitiva: mi è rimasto poco da dire, credo che non abbiano rivali su questa fascia; ci tengo a sottolineare che oggi va di moda mettere qualche lucina ed affiancare la dicitura "gaming" a qualsiasi cosa per giustificare un aumento di prezzo, anche se poi i materiali sono scadenti; attenti a cuffie o accessori del genere, stavolta per fortuna non è assolutamente il caso: solidità, sobrietà e se vogliamo eleganza, accompagnano solo aspetti positivi in queste cuffie targate Turtle Beach.

Für Lesefaule: Super Headset mit ordentlich Druck!Für alle Anderen: Die Suche nach einem Headset mit gutem Sound, dass gleichzeitig nicht soo teuer ist, hat so einige Versuche gebraucht. Ich hatte bereits ein Headset der Marke Turtle Beach für die Playstation, wollte nun aber auch ein gutes Gerät für den Computer haben. Nach einigen Versuchen bei günstigen Modellen anderer Marken bin ich am Ende wieder bei Turtle Beach gelandet und bestellte mir dieses Headset.Das Gerät muss, trotz Kabel, via USB aufgeladen werden. Bei der Nutzung, speziell in höheren Lautstärken, zeigt sich auch, warum. Die verbauten 50 mm Treiber drücken einen den Sound regelrecht durch die Gehörgänge und bleiben dabei trotzdem klar. Bei geringer Lautstärke ist der Klang insgesamt etwas Dumpf, was ich hier aber nicht bemängeln möchte, zumal man hier mit den richtigen Einstellungen problemlos Abhilfe schaffen kann.

L'audio è cristallino, con bassi profondi e alti nitidi, perfetto per immergersi completamente nei giochi o nella musica. Il microfono è chiaro, rendendo la comunicazione con i compagni di squadra fluida e senza interruzioni.Il design è molto confortevole, con cuscinetti morbidi che permettono di indossarle per ore senza alcun disagio. Anche se funzionano con il cavo, essendo preamplificate utilizzano una batteria e vanno accese e spente. La durata della batteria è eccellente, garantendo lunghe sessioni di gioco senza doverle ricaricare frequentemente.Inoltre, la costruzione è robusta e di alta qualità, il che mi dà fiducia nella loro durata nel tempo. Consiglio vivamente queste cuffie a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza audio di buon livello e comfort eccezionale

J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité du son de ce casque audio. L'amplificateur de voix et l' isolation phonique sont efficaces et le port du casque est agréable. Pour le prix, je ne vois vraiment pas ce que l'on pourrait lui reprocher. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr gutes Produkt! Akku der aktiven Mic. Monitoring Kopfhörer, überlebt tatsächlich 12 Stunden Hörgenuss. Die angegeben 40Std hab ich noch nicht getestet.. aber Weg zur Arbeit, 8Std Callcenter und zurück nachhause geht ohne Probleme 💪
