So, they don't have much flavor on their own but I had them in a pad thai dish and they were a great replacement for rice noodles. They took on the peanut sauce flavor. Last night we had them in marinara sauce with meatballs and it did the trick! As someone on a keto diet these really helped with the pasta cravings. I've tried the shiratake noodles in the past and found the texture to be too gross to choke down. These were far better and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a low carb pasta substitute.

My husband sad they were rubbery. My son said they were slimy. “Like jello”. Both did not even finish one bite. So sad these did not work for us.

It is a good noodle replacement. It feels like your eating a noodle but no real flavor by itself. Its as good as a substitute for noodles but doesn't fill you up by itself. If i mix it with shrimp or a lot of vegetables its very good at making the dish look and feel like you've eating a filling meal. It is also very quick add in. Just drain and rinse (no smell) and heat quickly in microwave. Best if add at the very last ingredient. They are very tender and can be over cooked easily!

This is my THIRD purchase of this product and I will buy again when I run low. I have tried it in stir fry, spaghetti, alfredo, and chili. I make a casserole using Ramen noodle that I'm going to try next. I only did four stars on value because shipping is a concern and I don't buy enough from Amazon to justify Prime. The spaghetti version is also excellent. I was not crazy about the rice alternative.

I do almost all the cooking in our home. My wife has been on a food plan that is highly restrictive of carbs. I was missing pasta/noodles. Found this product and thought I would give it a try. It’s different. I bought the fettuccine style “pasta”. It’s in a moist pouch and needs to be rinsed in a colander before using. No big deal. It does not need to be cooked. Just mix the noodles in with your sauce or with whatever you’re making. The texture is not at all like pasta. It’s a little rubbery. The second time I used them, in a casserole, after rinsing it I dumped them on a cutting board and roughly chopped them up. I purchased a five pack, to lower the price a bit, they are somewhat expensive, I will probably look for something else next time.

I recommend draining these a second time after microwaving too.I added real organic butter, Asiago shredded cheese, cut black olives in half, lightly salted with Sea Salt and they were awesome 👍♥️Highly recommend and we will be buying LOTS more of these. I LOVE LOVE these ♥️

It absorbs the seasoning of the meat and it tasted delicious

Basically chewing on rope covered in tasteless gum and whatever sauce you choose, does not satisfy the pasta craving at all. The absolute best substitute I have found is the palm noodles. If anyone has found something better, please let us know!
