I am finding this phone easier to use than the vodaphone I had in the past. So hopefully a good buy. It does not need charging every day and the volume buttons are not easily switched (I never seemed to hear my other phone)

The phone is good value for money but I have spent over 12 hours trying to manage it's out of control bloatware. Samsung in their madness have pre-installed 55 apps on the J5 2017 and most of them are unnecessary. I have discovered I cannot uninstall around 95% of them and the 14 apps I have been allowed to disable (YES, disable) will still carry on running in the background, although I have switched off all data usage, notifications, permissions and anything else I could find! It's like buying a used phone and finding out you cannot remove someone else's junk on it. Finding the hidden 'Developer' option in the Settings menu helps, but Samsung have even omitted some standard options in this Developer list, such as showing which apps are the most ram hungry. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG!

Having upgraded from the Samsung s 3 mini I have obviously found tremendous upgrades all around the phone.every thing fromDelivery to practical use have been really excellent.I am very pleased with the cost and greater memory.

Very pleased with my Android purchase. The shape of the "home" button makes fingerprint recognition a bit hit and miss. Using four "alternative" impressions of the same finger gives some improvement.

Lovely phone, battery lasts, sd card was included with the phone which was very good.
