The earrings are exceptionally pretty. I was worried that they might look tacky, but the tones from the colors are deep and vibrant, while also being subtle; the pictures on amazon don't do them any justice. The earrings themselves are a good size (they go about 1/4th down the neck), and aren't overly large. I placed a double A battery in the picture for size referencing.

Don't get me wrong - the earrings are really beautiful and I would have given them 5 stars. But they are front heavy and there is no closure, so I lost one earring on the first day I wore them :(I have the matching necklace, which is even more stunning and I got lots of compliments on the beautiful set. Now, all I got is the necklace....Update: after posting my review I was contacted by the company and they send me a free pair of earrings - this time with security backs. I am so thrilled. I did not expect this at all. The earrings are so beautiful and I am happy to have the matching necklace with it. It is a stunning set and worth every penny. I get lots of compliments on it!

My husband surprised me with the pendant & earrings they are beautiful! I wore them last evening on our date night & received many compliments! I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship & the sparkle! I will be purchasing the blue set!

I have purchased three sets as gifts! (so far) I noticed the price increased on one pair so I was able to purchase another set of earrings and matching pendant necklace. The colors are really striking! My daughter, my grand daughter and soon my dear life long friend will have hers. IF I can afford it in the future... I will buy a set for myself! I went further with Kate Lynn's jewelry and purchased another pair of a "stud style" PINK Butterfly shaped earrings as a gift for my grand daughter (they match her gorgeous eyes! They too , are really very pretty! ALL are superb for everyday or special occasions. I TRULY doubt you will be disappointed!

Really outstanding! Was worried they might be too big, but they are a perfect size. Even prettier holding them in your hand. Great match to the necklace.

I got these for my 50 y/o G.F. She was really pleased and I can see why. The colors are almost translucent and shine well in the sun or with direct lighting. They look like they cost much more. She wears them frequently to work. She is petty picky when it comes to jewelry so I can say , you would be happy with these.

Kate listened to the previous reviews where they were saying it was falling out easily. Seller is now providing secure backs. Earrings are absolutely beautiful, lightweight, non-irritating. Definitely a keeper. My only problem is that I bought two and said I'll decide which color later. Well darn it I love them both! Now I want the necklace and can't afford it. Another problem is if my lovely mom wants mine, I'll give it to her because she deserves it but I'll be sad because these are GEORGEOUSSSSSSS!!!!

Lovely earrings which were received promptly. Unfortunately the crystal is not as brightly coloured as in the pictures - more like a muddy purple. I contacted the seller but have not yet received a response
