Shipment arrived damage-free in very sturdy crated packaging and delivered by an LTL carrier. Good communication for scheduling of delivery. Most pieces where already built, just the bedding that needed to be put together and the mirror on top of the dresser. Overall pleased with the value for the money. The drawers don't glide with the most smoothness, in keeping with the low price of the whole purchase. Just to be clear, the mattress is not included, I went with a  Sleep Master 10-Inch Supreme Pillow Top Spring Mattress and Bi-Fold Box Spring Set, Queen  on Amazon and it works well, no regrets for the ole Spaniard. Let's go with four stars on this value conscious purchase.

The furniture arrived completely damaged. Totally unusable. Mirror in 100 pieces, bottom of dresser broken off, drawers smashed in half. Also found out just before delivery that it was an outside delivery. Not the best living in a NYC apartment. Just dropped off on the sidewalk in a busy Manhattan neighborhood. Let see what the outcome will be. So far I am not optimistic. I hope Amazon comes thru on this. Best, Seanfollow-up 11/6. found out from ups fright that it is over $1,000.00 to have furniture shipped back to seller. Amazon was willing to cover $150.00 of shipping cost. that means it will cost me a total of like $300 to actually have no furniture. Amazon was not helpful at all. never buy from this company they run a scam operation. I am throwing it in the garbage and am out of apx $750.00. so sad how this was handled.

I did not receive the chest of drawer that was included with my order and have yet to have this problem resolved!!

It's good for the price. But don't expect the best set ever. It does the job... and you have to put it together yourself. Which isn't hard. So don't believe the "waaaaah I can't put it together" reviews. They are obviously incompetent.
